@Kye--- far from cooking. Hakuda has not been touched(but im guessing instead of balancing it they are just reworking it. That's why no changes have come out) starkk got buffed for no reason. Balance schrift got an unnecessary nerf on its hyperarmor. Some stuff is ang got overlt nerfed, qol is still horrendous, and it's still buggy. Def slowly becoming better, but there is still so much stuff they have to improve on, plus they do still fumble a few things per update.

They literally just released a weapon that has pre-nerf benihime true stun but instead of on the third hit, it’s on the first 2 hits, both of them confirm rising swallow, great balancing!

nano yk u can use the creation stun move with shift lock it makes it easier to land and u dont have to worry abt switching inbetween shiftlocks
Ngl add 2 more mythical shikais and true bankais before adding some new content to arrancars or quincys on god
Weapon is In a good spot, high skill cieling and has counter play. The fact that the crit is and short ranged makes it balanced and really allows you to get rewarded for hitting it in general. The 0.2 secs of true stun make it good and without it, it would be ass as the third part is stupid hard to hit.
Though I will say it prob needs a bigger cd
