You want 3 mil on up houses, see Ottawa Hills and various rural 5 acre spreads in Lucas and Wood County and many affordable neighborhoods throughout for the bottom 98%. Toledo is on the I75 MI to FL highway and interstate I80/90 Ohio turnpike where billions of dollars flow to and from.
