Its very important when group playing at the highest difficulties to know your role and its limitations and also the roles and limitations of everyone else on the team.

I have been trying it with a few friends and I managed to get them through the District Union Legendary but I had no idea what I was doing. This video was very helpful, thank you
Nice video! I agree with the last part, it is so easy to get tunnel visioned as a healer and make mistakes as a result of it. But yes the healer has remain calm and focused.
I run this exact build, love it. I use the decoy since the heals from the hive are already so crazy high. Decoy allows the team to take less damage hence less heals needed. I use opportunistic on the chest with Belstone to ensure I’m healed up quickly so the gear set triggers the 25% group damage with less down time.
I'd recommend not using those guns and using the lefty sledge shotgun and designated hitter if you need bigger heals, the grudge if the team has cc or Scorpio for more damage taken
