I'm surprised to see you eating Normally like every one else while breastfeeding.. at my home they give me food with restrictions.. almost tasteless food.. no egg strictly.. and many restrictions as so.. my newborn is a month old now.. they say baby won't be able to digest it so my diet is taken very seriously.. i eat patient food everyday 🙄.. but it's good to see you and your baby being fine after eating normal food.. happy motherhood!
You can eat egg. Your baby need it. For digestion you can take banana. It will produce the digestive enzyme which is useful for baby too. Also, you can take the health powder which is given by Tamil nadu govt which has amylase in it. It will help in digestion of your baby too.

Drink more water
Drink a mug of coffee which will relieve ur headache. Caffeine works.
Nothing much to worry. It is because of anaesthesia effects which we will see post surgery. Take rest and dont take stress which will definitely make u feel better
