Will this motor run on one cylinder if one coil is bad? Mine runs but sounds kinda bad and pump and motor vibrating, when i try to pull trigger pressure drops and motor almost dies. It will run with a ball valve open on low pressure though, but whole motor and pump is vibrating kinda bad. And, ya, won't run with tip in pulling gun, rpms drop and it will die if i don't let of gun. thanks

Thanks! Diagnosed engine.....switched plugs and coils back and forth and disconnecting one side at a time, determined coils and new plugs ok. Would run on right cylinder only. Left cylinder wasn't getting fuel. Probably clogged jet? Instead of taking apart carb , ordered new carb 55$. Hopefully that will do it. Carb cleaner and lots techron run through carb didn't clean it.

What does it mean when it make a loud pop after you turn it off? It sounds like a gun shot and scared the crap out of me.

That probably has to do with your fuel solenoid not working properly.

I replaced the coils, and that fixed the spark issue. I found out later, that I could have just wire brushed the rust off of the old ones, lol!
