Great video! I attended the same program back in 2008 and it was just a spectacular. How can you miss with the 1812 Overture/Tchaikovsky + fireworks!
When I lived in Orange County, I used to go to these almost every year. Many years ago, the fireworks were not as spectacular. I recall one year when they they started the fireworks with a single canon firing at the side of he side of stage just under where the projectors are. One year, after the first retort, a woman let out a blood curdling scream and it took her companion about a minute to calm her down. The fireworks were great then but not like this. I sure miss this show. Thanks for posting this.
I was there! Reminded me of Ratchet and his dreaded RYNO V.
BEST Bowl fireworks were during "O Fortuna" of Carmina Burana, at the end of each phrase starting from "Semper crescis".

1812 has always been amazing. I'm quite disappointed the fireworks came too soon here.
