Knowing how important/critical reputation is to an actor, to interview Lee Sun Gyun multiple times for alleged drug use instead of focusing on his claim of being the target of blackmail is IRRESPONISBLE and bordering on criminal. Lee Sun Gyun has represented Korea to the world in the best possible way through his craft and artistry as an actor, and for unfathomable reasons the Korean Police failed to protect his rights and privacy. Instead, they contributed to the stress and pain of being at the mercy of popular opinion, “cancel culture”, and parasitic paparazzi, and have failed on a global scale. Their failure cost a human life.
Believe me, there are PLENTY of wicked people no matter which profession you would go. It's not only in the Korean entertainment industry, there's also in your area you work in. Even if you succeed, there are always people entertainment and jealous of your accomplishments. So right now, it's useless to mourn. It is QUITE a shame for him to die but those who are responsible for that to happen won't get an instant death, even if they beg for it.
I completely agree. He didn’t deserve to be treated that way. He didn’t commit a heinous crime yet they treated him as if he had murdered someone. A huge loss. He was a great actor. This shows how terrible pressure public figures in Korea are under. If Lee Sun Kyun lived in Europe or the United States, he would not have to take his life for such a reason. Of course, taking drugs is not something to be proud of, but everyone makes mistakes. Only in Korea for something like this you are condemned for the rest of your life and expelled. There is no room for mistakes, imperfections and human weaknesses. No hay derecho tanta presión social, esos son temas que se tratan en el privado y no en lo público eso es bullying, se busca apoyar a las personas con profesionales de la salud no se busca encarcelarlos, que atrevimiento dejar una familia sin padre. No hay derecho tanta presión social, esos son temas que se tratan en el privado y no en lo público eso es bullying, se busca apoyar a las personas con profesionales de la salud no se busca encarcelarlos, que atrevimiento dejar una familia sin padre. De esa forma nadie va a pedir ayuda en caso de consumir sustancias psicoactivas para que lo encarcelen tiempo sobra.
