I cannot do anything myself like my teenage time..! Is that because I am a single parent with lots of responsibilities towards my 10 year old kid, his education & school, taking care of house every day, going to work at nights which I hate to work at nights, but
I have no other option at the moment:
3 night shifts each week sucking all my energy level in daily basis ..
So, I feel like I can’t concentrate myself and my well being at the moment as I need to do lots of other priorities every single day! This situation making me feel like I am always lazy or tired ..
One day, I really want to do something nice for me and make a good carrier (better post ) etc.
But , I don’t know if my life or God give me any chance for it !
I literally cried after watching this. I have been applying for a position at a very well reputable company for the last six years and have lost. I interview extremely well and have a very impressive resume. I interviewed a month ago and was told that I was a strong candidate and had an impressive background, but they were interviewing other candidates. When I tell you my spirit broke, it broke me. But I’m not going to give up.
Maybe, the message is to start your own company?
Don't give up. The next time will be your best time

How to Keep Going When Facing Failure - Deshauna Barber
- Keep trying.
- Do not fear failure. But please be terrified of regrets.
Many of us have goals we are trying to achieve, but the person we are right now is not the person that we need to be when we crossed the finished line to our dreams.
So we must walk and paced ourselves on this journey to our goal because we haven't grown enough in ourselves to fit the "shoes" that we need to fit our aspiration.
Many of us aren't ready to walk the race. But understand that as we walk this race, we pace ourselves.
And as we pace ourselves we grow
And as we grow, our "foot" gets bigger
And as our foot gets bigger our shoes begins to fill in
And as our shoes begin to fill we can now run a little bit faster
And as we pick up the pace, we get to the finish line at the exact time we are destined to cross it.
Do not fear the word no, but be afraid of the possibility of a yes that you have prematurely destroyed because you decided to quit before the clock strikes 12.
Its ok to walk sometimes.
We can dream, we can be ambitious.
This is a must.
But we must be realistic where we are in correlation with the person that we need to be, to properly execute the goals that we have set in front of us.

This gave me so much motivation. That i’m not fearing to fail. Of course I will fail, but I will learn the lesson and keep moving no matter how many times I have failed. Because regret is worse than giving up.
This remains one of my favorite speeches.
I heard it for the first time in 2020, newly graduated with my bachelor's degree, and shaking in my proverbial boots, applying to jobs, and feeling like I would never find a job. I went back to my serving job and felt like I was living out the stereotype of every joke about English majors becoming baristas and never finding a "real" job.
I was eating humble pie...or at least I thought so at the time. Really, it was just the start of pacing myself. I started writing for an automotive blog and then - fast forward 4 years - I'm now working as a writer in Internal Communications for a large company.
I have bigger dreams, but even having a job in my field and paying my own bills felt like an unattainable dream at one point. Beyond grateful for the uncomfortable steps I've taken to grow and her words of wisdom.
What an inspiring and awesome speech! This young woman is a motivational speaker, who can help at risk kids with this great personal story! She should also speak at graduations, love it !

This speech makes me cry. I grew up in a poor environment, and people from my former neighborhood used to see my family as the future losers. They never believe I am to go to University even though some teachers doubted I am my talent because of my speech problem. In school, I was never an advanced student. I always had to study by myself since I was in first grade because my mom has to take care of my other six siblings. One with a chronic disability. I remember to be sitting down in the living room watching TV and dreaming of one day going to University and having a successful carrier. When I moved to the United States many doors were closed for many reasons. My English was not enough, and my race, my disability, and the background of where I came from. I was about to give up, but I did not do it because I did not want to erase all those dreams that I had when I was a kid.
Many of the times I get demotivated by my situation. But here after I have decided that I am going to work with double enthusiasm. Thank you Goalcast for sharing such an inspirational video with us ❤

Whatever people said, it's down to your consciousness and reaction, how you gonna get out from it, people will walk away, it's either can be a good thing or bad thing, you just need to keep the rhythm on your side to motivate yourself, never demotivate yourself otherwise, you would never came to know, how magnificent you are. And a glorious example can be demolish, before you even come to display...

I had a test on Tuesday and I was really bad at the topic so I answer 2 questions then when I was in my next class I get pulled back to talk to my teacher that gave me the test and said "It's hard to grade a test with only 2 questions answered" then she asked if I tried and I told her yes because I did then in Friday we had the real test and I kept repeating in my head "you can do this you can finish this" and I did then at the end of class she calls me to her desk she shows me my test and shows 17/17 and asked if I liked it I was so proud of myself because that was the very first test I had got all the questions right on.
I needed this. Respect🙌🏻. Regret is the absolute worst!

As an aspiring singer, this woman inspires me so much to keep on trying. I have a problem with self-doubt. I am told I should quit. I have WAY more dislikes than likes on all of my covers and videos here on YT, and I just feel almost every day that I am a failure. But somehow I feel my heart is telling me to never give up.
Because I love this speech so much, I asked my pupils to memorize this and deliver the very same speech infront of the class for an entire week. You are amazing Deshauna and you help alot of struggling people to push forward and dont give up. Salute to your advocacy

This video really motivated me I am striving for admission in medical school for last 2 years and last year when I gave the medical test I lose by just 1 mark ! And apparently it’s not my mistake that I couldn’t got a single mark it’s just a twist of my fate!!I am not going to quit it jut because I can’t!I deadly love to be a doctor !!!

I worked as an exercise instructor at physical therapy for over 6 years in LA. Learned more at that job than all years of the Masters Degree. One day, in 2014, I get laid off, not enough work in the clinic. I pick myself off the floor and dress up a new resume and go after another job. Do you know how many physical therapy and chiropractor and related positions I have applied for in the past 5 years? I'll give you a hint, when she started saying "I lose", "I lose", "I lose", that is what has happened since I left the clinic. I have been working as a temp in factories to make ends meet. Got a clue how demeaning that is? At 55 yrs old, it is hard to keep up with the gig. Qualified? Grossly over-qualified would be an appropriate phrase.
Beat down, depressed, downright pissed off as I write this. Now I view this video. I feel like I don't want to let her down. There was a time when I felt like not going on. This moment is not one of those times. You, out there, come with me on this journey. We'll make it together. Don't let me down, I am counting on you. I'll be there for you, all the way. Let's do this thing, we got this.
Dont give up, I'm on the same boat, I graduated 10 years a go and still couldn't find any job in my field. I have been working minimum paying jobs ever since, everytime I fill in applications all I get is no. It's very depressing but I believe God will open a door one day!
