is there a fix to a problem where i can't hear whats behind me with this headset?
loved that review :) I've been using those for more than a year and I still wonder if it is possible to set a macro (or smth) to pick up on Teams calls..? I played around with macros but could get any working so far, so maybe this is even not possible... But decided to ask :) Cheers
The only time when I'm happy about the RGB is when I want to be 100.1% sure that I turned that mic off, so I look in the reflection off my glasses, or anything esle shiny to see the red color after pressing that button (yes, i hear the sound, but, as said, I want to be 100.1% sure) :D
You must press at the same time: On-off button and mic button 3-5 second. Its get reset headset and then press reset button on usb 3-5 seconds.

You're a fkn God! LOL u have no idea how many days I have been trying to make my headphones work with a replacement toggle I had to buy bc my dumazz had lost it. Toggle and headphones would turn on but the toggle stayed blinking. My phone and laptop both said headphones were connected but no sound. This fixed my issue!!!! I have sound now!!!!! THANK YOU ILIA! 🙏 I didn't find anything about how to reset or relink my headset with the toggle until I read your comment!!!

I can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers finally someone that tells the truth about a product same thing happend to me I bought the blue G733 and I got a faulty device couldn’t hear sound use the mic and connect to g hub finally after being disappointed I returned the headset back to Logitech and waiting for my money back
Yes, that's a big problem. Sadly, headset is very good, all things considered.
I have lost my Bluetooth receiver what can I do now?
When I use the Mute button on it, it keeps unmuting after a while, and it's super fustrating. I have tried to lock in the profiles and even shut down the HUB but it still does it. So now when i cant use Push-To-Talk I only trust removing the mic, which is a hazzle.
I am not able to connect my headphones to my ps4. Does anyone know how to fix that
connection issues are still a thing in these even after owning and using them for at least a year

Although I don't have many problems with that headphones, here are 2 things I could agree with this video
- The big bluetooth receiver is a noticeable problem for laptop users
- No preference setting could be saved in the ghub app, unfortunately.

I bought this one because my HS70 broke, and the sound quality is so bad it sounds muddy like a radio or hands-free audio whenever playing games.
How about white noise at headset? Isn't it annoying for you?
You can change the RGB's color, how the color changes, and turn it off as well.
Yes but the problem is that ghub needs to be running for it to work, if you close ghub RGB keeps lighting up.

I love to use mine with my note+ phone. I have the adapter cable I got from Amazon to be able to connect the toggle and be able to charge my phone at the same time!

Is this connection problem still exists?! Man, I bought a wireless GXXX headset in 2019 and I send it back after 48 hours read every post on Reddit, and watched a lot of tutorials on YT how the fuck I connect the headset and use it wirelessly. Insane!
It is very, very unstable, so problem can be anytime.
for me is a bit pricey but was worth it the only downside for me is that is all plastic and that the headphone is static and you can't rotate it
I don't understand this headset I charged it fully and then 2 hours later it shuts off completely and says it needs to charge....but when I plug it in there is no Indication that it's even charging besides it flashing green 5 times then turning off so how do I know it's charged? I've read when it's charging it's supposed to flash a amber/yellow color but mine doesn't do this can someone please explain this to me or help thanks in advance

@@_akshyn I haven't had anymore problems with it since the first day I used it idk why there's no indication of battery percentage besides hooking it up to a desktop computer but mine has no narrator or anything...like I said I plug it up and it'll flash green 5 times then turn off so I guess it's charging either way it hasn't died on me one time since then and I've used it for 8-10 hours at a time

I lost my dongle and I hate that there is no replacement for it, or even the option to make the headset bluetooth connected to my pc
And that's strange, cause Logitech uses Unifying dongles a lot. And they are replacable.

Well, that headset is good and I still use it. However, it's not for everyone, 100%. And software problems are not helping.
been using this headset for over 2 years I feel like these comments are kap I've never had connection issues and g hub is probably the best proprietary software i've ever used. Way better than the alts.

Yes, I gave up and the next day I turned on the computer and when I wanted to continue investigating how to fix the problem, and it turns out that the problem was solved

mate obviously i know there is the ghub app. but after installing it and clicking on the ‘turn off rgb option’. it still does not turn off

Hi I've got a problem with my Logitech G733 lightspeed. I bought them a few days ago and everything has been perfect since today. When I put them on my head, the left speaker played much louder than the right one. reinstalling the Logitech G hub and hard reset the headphones didn't help. Anyone have some ideas on how I can fix that?
You will gain control, and you will lose it after 5 months due to bugs

Funny seeing Logitech fanboys trying their hardest on the comments when you point out shortcomings of the product. GHub is a terrible software and lack of memory on G733 forces you to use it. Even after you accept using it there are a lot of issues.
As a fanboy myself, I have a lot of good thought on, for example, G435. But G733 is, let's say it diplomatically, not the brightest star on the sky.
The problem is - it should be. It must be better. But it is not.

You can change and disable RGB. You can not do it without software, AND the "light off' option is not saved on the headset, and by defauld it is always on.
So, if You use headset on a laptop, phone or a PC without software installed, you will literally waste your battery for nothing.
