Pros: smells very clean, bouncy, hair is THICK, closure has very natural hairline and is a very natural density, shipped on time, delivered quickly, customer service is great.
Cons: some tangles in the hair while running my comb through, hair seems to have a lot of static, bundles are small so you may have to order more hair than you usually do
