    These were so fun to make, although I did make my honeycomb a bit too chewy... remember to take your honeycomb up to 150c to avoid this!
    Ingredients you'll need for these bonbons are:
    Dark Chocolate
    Cream
    Golden Syrup
    Sugar
    Bicarbonate of soda
    Coloured cocoa butter (optional)
    Who would have thought you could create such beautiful creations from just five ingredients, and so delicious too!

    Can you do a video dedicated to chocolate tempering and also the COMPLETE steps of your making bonbons. Including the times and temperature of how you set each step of the process. Because I’m doing everything but when I put in the fridge fit the final set, my entire chocolate goes white steaks. They say it’s not blooming because there is no water. I’ve been told it’s my fridge temp but no one instructed how to make sure my fridge is ok. I just purchased a bran new separate fridge for just chocolates. Please help I really could use some real life instructions. Thank you. And I am asking you because I really enjoy your videos and you show the real not Instagram shots of making chocolates. Thank you

      it really depends on how many bonbons you are making. I had spare, and used 200g sugar and 5 tbsp of golden syrup, and 2tsp of bicarb
