Junkyard Finds: Lincoln Continental | Mesquite Automotive

Walking through the junkyard I found this Lincoln Continental in surprisingly good shape. Being in the midwest these cars normally are just so rotted out and those landau tops disintegrate. Not this one! Someone had been taking good care of it before it ended up in the junkyard.

I run a business pulling parts from cars in junkyards as a side hustle. I've been doing this as well and working on my own cars since 2005. When I head to junkyards I try to find the vehicles that stand out to me as being interesting or unique. Whether that's because of the car itself or what the previous owners have done with it. With most of these car this is their final resting spot before the crusher. Documenting this gives everyone one last chance to see them before they are gone.

When you strap on the shoulder strap you can't move since its not retractable. Hope you like what ever station the radio is on..
