    My RO used to make noise. I had complained about it. But now my RO has become worse. The RO which used to clean water in 1 hour earlier, has been cleaning water for 4 hours now but still it is not able to clean water. The problem has increased. I even paid money to the technician. But the problem has increased further. Please solve it.

    I purchased a BlueStar AC from its official website on 21 April. Last one month I am chasing them for 80 months warranty certificate and they do not respond to emails. It is just for marketing and they do not honour it. Their installation service is pathetic. Technician tries to steal spare parts from customer and no bill provided for charges. AC built quality looks cheaper than LG. No way to reach customer service or escalate. Before buying try to make a call on their customer service number to talk to an agent and it will not let you go out of ivr options. I suggest buy from LG or Voltas.

    Bakwass Company hai....they were forcing me to buy 2 ton. 1.5 TON is enough for my house. never Go for this brand...1000 se jyada gali comments hai inke Insta pe.

    Actress pe kharch kro . Pr customer service very poor quality kr ke rakhti h. Customer rota rahe pr koi reply nahi new AC fitting problem 5 day.

    Blue star inventor spilit ac. Pcb board in out door unit kept open. Without any PROTECTION. Pcb board easily damage by rats. Ants . Cockroach.. lizard etc regularly..pcb board problem regularly comes. Cost of pcb repair is very very high.. Cost of new pcb board is very very very high.. so blie star company needs lot of improvement in pcb board protection matter immediately.. 😢😅😂..

    Thec are just focus on marketing and giving pathetic service of the current customers. They don't even respond to customer, I have never seen irresponsible service for any other product expect my Blue star split AC. I have been following from 15 days still my problem is not rectified.

      @@BlueStarIndia blue star boy damage my AC while serving, I raise this concern with them they told me that , there is no.problem we will fix it after serving after that they told me to fix with cello tape ! I requested many time but still not solved my problem and strip of air flow was also disturbed
