The route is approximately 5.2km long and he covered it in 4'51" which gives an average speed of ~64km/h

Or are there flints in hockey pucks, and if so why? Interested to make my own glove pads. Anyone tried cast aluminium? Would love to experiment with materials and test some different ones out.
