Do you have WeatherBug or WUnderground on your cell, both supported by Android and iPhone.. Garmin GPS have built-in weather reports on commercial driver GPS units, bummer getting stuck at shipper or receiver in wait line, at least you get a few dollars while you sleep off 10 hour rest ;-)
