      I have puffy eyes with bumps in my tear troughs. When I get prp, it fills in the tear trough for a week and looks great. Can you relate? Did you have bumps? Cheers

      @@Mrthrope yes I did, the second time but it turned out good after she desolved it and redo it again. The practitioner has to be highly skilled or else... in any case I want to try prp next time

      just had it done and I expected the tear troughs to be filled in more. Does that happen over time with Redensity?

    Interesting. In USA doctors generally use restylane lift for the tear through area. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks.

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  3 года назад +6

      Restylane is a well established and reputable brand of hyaluronic acid filler. I have nothing against it and do not have a problem using it on other parts of the face. However, I much prefer Teosyal Redensity II because its specifically licensed for use in this area and because we've had fantastic results using it throughout the history of our clinic.

    Will it help with genetic pigmentation dark circles ?

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  2 года назад +1

      Hi Sammi, unfortunately it won't help with dark circles caused by hyperpigmentation. It can only help if the darkness is caused by hollows. Your best bet is skin brightening agents like Retinol/Tretinoin, hydroquinone/Kojic acid/Arbutin/tranexamic acid and Vitamin C. Laser and chemical peels can be quite effective.

    How about under eye wrinkles? Will it help with those? Thank you

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  Год назад

      Hi Maria, it can sometimes smooth under eye wrinkles because the filler lifts up the skin a tiny but however that's not guaranteed. If your main concern is under eye wrinkles then I would consider other treatments.

    I have puffy eyes, I done tkn ha 3 and it looked great but lasted two weeks.
    Will this filler be suitable for puffy eyes?
    I done sunecos and nucleofill soft. They did improve my eye area but effect do not last on me(

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  2 года назад +1

      Hi there, that's a great question and sorry about the treatment not lasting as long this time. Generally under eye fillers (even Teosyal redensity II) can potentially worsen puffyness around the eyes. We do use it in people who have under eye bags but avoid doing the treatment in someone who we think is at increased risk of fluid retention as it can make it worse.

      @@CitySkinClinic hi! Thanks for the answer! This Friday will be 1 month so I have an appointment with my doctor here in Argentina . its a little swelling in the hematoma eye ( people didn’t notice ) I think maybe I will need a little hylenex in that eye. The doctor is the best in inyectables here in my country but now I’m too worried and want to cry all day. I’m a doctor too, I make the mistake to search in google all that it’s happening too me and now I’m afraid that’s going to be permanent because lymphatic damage or something. Google is the worse enemy. I have done a lote of filler with my doctor and it’s always a pleasure, bad luck this time I guess. I will write when I see the doctor. Sorry for my English!!! Wish me luck

      @@solvitale1188 I'm sorry to hear that Sol but it sounds like you have a great doctor who you trust and know well. I know its hard but try not to worry and see what they recommend. You being a doctor also probably makes it a little worse as we're usually tempted to self diagnose! The vast majority of problems with tear trough filler can be resolved and it may need a little dissolving but your doctor will give you a good idea of what's happening and what they recommend. I'm wishing you all the luck and it sounds like you're in good hands. PS Your English is excellent!

    Hi, what is the longest time that this filler last? Just wondering as had it done five years ago and wondering if it all dissolved by now. Thank you

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  8 месяцев назад +1

      It is supposed to last up to 18-24 months. However some people may break it down more slowly. I would double check with your practitioner as they can examine you and give an idea of whether they think it’s dissolved or not.

    Thank you for this video, is this filler dissolvable?

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  3 года назад +1

      You're welcome! Yes it absolutely is and is another reason I speak so highly of it. I think you should only ever touch the face with dissolvable filler. Teosyal Redensity II lasts 8-12 months on average before dissolving but can also be immediately dissolved with hyalase injection.

    • @yelenalv8147

      @@CitySkinClinic thank you for answering, the reason I asked is because I had my tear trough area done about a month ago but one eye looked a bit over done and when I got it dissolved just a little, she used about 20cc not even 3 little injections, she literary turned around for a few moments and I felt my under eye swelling up very fast, that was yesterday today it’s a little better. I know I’m not allergic to the dissolver because I was tested and had my lips dissolved before, so I’m just wondering if I have anything to worry about and if the swelling will go down all the way, I took arnica pills and used the arnica gel yesterday and today and iced it as well

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  3 года назад

      Hi Yelena, swelling can be normal after dissolving and different practitioners use different dilutions of enzyme to do the job. Normally the swelling comes down after a few days as the injection fluid and the inflammation from the enzyme resolve. Arnica, sleeping with your head propped up on 1-2 pillows and ice will help bring it down but I would just touch base with your injector to make sure its not an allergic reaction (I know you had it before but incase its a different brand of enzyme etc).

    can you use pdo threads under the eyes with this filler?

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  2 года назад

      We're not really big on threads because of the potential for causing scar tissue and also the results seem to be very short-lived. I would worry combining the two can increase risk of prolonged swelling/inflammation or infection.

      If you're just looking for a skin booster than Teosyal Redensity 1 will do that (it's a competitor to Juvederm Volite and Profhilo).

    How long does it take to see the full results after the treatment?

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  3 года назад +5

      You can usually see 80% of the results straight away and it takes 2-4 weeks for any swelling to go down and the filler to settle so at that point you will see the full effect.

    Hiiii .. can I have 1cc for both eyes .. ito be more naturals .

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  3 года назад +2

      It really depends on the severity of your under eye hollows and the result you expect. So 1ml/cc can be enough for both eyes if there is mild tear trough deformity!

    How long can swelling/bruising last for ?

    • @CitySkinClinic
      @CitySkinClinic  3 года назад +1

      Great question! Thankfully, we don't get much bruising with tear trough fillers but if it happens then it resolves in the same amount of time that bruises usually settle down fo you. For most people this can be a few days and if bruises normally go away more slowly with you then it can take longer. More than a couple of weeks is very uncommon. Swelling is a little trickier. So we use Teosyal Redensity II because it has a low risk of causing swelling but even then it can happen. In most cases if it does happen, it can quickly settle down by itself after a 1-2 weeks. If the swelling is caused by overfilling or the filler blocking drainage of fluid around the eye area then this can be sped up by firm massage (in clinic) and occasionally might even need a tiny bit of hyaluronidase to dissolve it.
