For smooth glowing skin:
1 - Hydration is essential. It helps. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day.
2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. While it works, daily application is crucial for results.
3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face.
4 - I stay away from junk food.
5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day.
All together, these practices contributed to my clear, radiant skin free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.
This riceberry facewash is fantastic for achieving glowing skin. It is enriched with the benefits of black rice and white mulberry, which maintains our skin soft and hydrated. It also helps in hiding dark spots and pigmentation. It is also sulphate-free. Highly recommended after using it for 2 months.

Scrub daily nh krte...
Daal ubtan
1. 3 table spoon Chana daal
2. 3 table spoon of Green gram daal
3. 3 table spoon of Mansoor daal
4. 3 table spoon of plain oats
5. 3 table spoon fennel seeds (Mota wala)
Take one clean pan heat it and dry roast all these ..approximately 5-7mins
Sound will come
Let it cool
After that grind it in a strong grinder
Sieve it with a strainer
Grind the leftover portion again and sieve it again
Add 2 big spoon Sandle wood powder
Also add one big spoon Kasturi haldi,if normal edible haldi is used then use half a spoon
Mix all these well ..store it in airtight container and put it in fridge
Take 1 spoon of ubtan ..
for oily skin curd
For dry skin coconut oil/ milk
For sensitive skin gulabjal/water
For combination skin ..blend of any of these..
soak it for 5-10mins
Apply thick layer of this mixture..add under eyes everywhere neck hands
Leave it for 20 mins
Take care not to let it dry under eye
Then remove gently by circular massage
Enjoy the fair n lovely skin

how many days in a week you are using the ubtan ?
3 tbs gram flour ,3 tbs of green gram dal, 3 tbs fennel seeds( saunf) 3tbs masoor daal ,oats roast them then grind them seive them and add 2 tbs sandalwood powder& 2 tbs kasturi haldi after adding all of them stir them and store it in an airtight container

Went through the site on oats, found that expensive because it contains chia seeds berries etc. It was Rs.487 for 1 kg. whereas I saw another which looked every bit like what she is using in the video which is eco valley hearty oats for 85 for 400 gms. and this looked exactly like what she has used in the making of this ubtan powder. @@ritikasingh777 maine daily use Kiya hai aur mujhe as such kuch nahi hua :) currently I'm using DIY facewash and took break from this. So would suggest keep taking breaks as well when you feel so.

One question about flaxseed gel when we prepare flaxseed gel what to do of the leftover flaxseed from which the gel is extracted should it be reused in gel again or can be used for something else plzzzz tell mam.............
