Friedrich Witt was the genuine composer of the Jena Symphony (1803/1804), which - as a fateful twist of irony - musicology of the 20th century had attributed to the young Beethoven for more than 50 years !

Played with such gusto! Fine performance. Though Meier's playing sounds exquisite to me, it's lacking a bit of...dirt. That good dirt, you know? But I'm nit-picking. Thank you to the poster! I am the first commenter here. This makes me cool.
