I was a tad skeptical about this show, but being a fan of these movies, I gave it a shot. I’m SOOOOOOOO happy that I did. But, my love for “Cobra Kai” has come with great pain and suffering, because I’m in agony waiting for Season 2 to begin.

I was SO skeptical! Sequels are almost never better than the original and are usually pretty cheesy. But the producers & writers nailed it with this one! And I’m gonna go nuts waiting for season 2!
Ralph and Billy are both showcasing real depth to the characters of Daniel and Johnny in the show -- vulnerability and comedy chops. I'm very impressed. Thy should be recognized with awards and good acting gigs in other productions, too. They deserve it.
William Zabka deserves a Grammy. He is fantastic in this show. I am glad for Ralph also. I never felt like he got enough credit for being an 80's pop culture icon. He was the key player in some timeless movies.
William Zabka definitely deserves an Emmy for playing Johhny Lawrence. He was Brilliant in the Role. I think William Zabka will become a Big Star because of Cobra Kai. I think that he will play Middle Age Action Heros like LIam Neissen does. I think Zabka may also do great dramatic roles as well because he is a very talented actor and could do great Comedic roles as well. Also, the Kid who played Miguel- Xolo should get a Best Supporting Actor Role although the Kid who plays Eli./Hawk is brilliant going from the FRightened Wimp/Nerd Eli to Hawk. It is hard to believe that the same Actor is playing the SAme Character. Both those young Actors I think will also have Big Acting Careers.
Awesome interview right here. Great content; I was cracking up a few times. I watched Cobra Kai too. It is an absolutely BRILLIANT shows!! Love it. I really hope it wins awards i.e. Emmys, Golden Globes, etc. It deserves some accolades. The creators and producers hit a home run with it. I hope they go at least a handful of seasons maybe more. Go Ralph!! :-)
Ralph's right about the original Karate Kid series. Say what you will about parts 2 & 3 but they are parts of the original franchise. Any others made after that have no cred. My biggest fear is that they somehow bring Jaden Smith into it all and ruin it! It's not so far fetched when you look at the credits for the Executive Producers of Cobra Kai, they are Will Smith and his "brother-in-law" Caleeb Pinkett......Just saying.....
What I have and had a problem with was how RUclips sold the rights to Netflix for Cobra Kai, And it feels and felt like a sort of betrayal because of how much Netflix has gone down and sucks so much as a consequence for going so Woke!

The show lost me during season two with the ridiculous dozen kid karate brawl in the middle of a mall with adults doing nothing, no police, everyone being punched and kicked in the face with no injuries and onlookers just forming a circle for them. This should have been a 15 episode single season show.
