The lack of gravity only helps with a rocket's speed, so I imagine a bullet fired from an explosive container should travel faster than it would in a gravity field. The real question is can the primer ignite without oxygen?@@keithcole8536
If an item has a little yellow marker next to it, that means that it is contraband. You can only go to specific places to sell contraband. Wait with collecting contraband until you get more comfortable with the game and have progressed a bit is my advice.

After 17 hours I'm as far in the main story as you were in this video at 22:45. I managed to fully use the inventory space of Sarah, Vasco and my ship, plus being overcucumbered (love that word) myself after this part😆I need more space... I've done a few side quests (some only partially yet) and explored most of Atlantis City so far. I also died a few times in between, which extended my playtime. Playing on normal might be too much for me, but I'll see how it's working out. Maybe I just need to get used to everything first.
I'm new to RPG/open world games, started with Hogwarts Legacy and only played Witcher 3 afterwards, so this is my third one. I feel like I had less expectations than a lot of other people, but I love the game! There's so much I still want to do and haven't even touched once yet...
I'm loving this game (30+ hours so far). Its really my first Bethesda game, just didn't care for the other the genres they created but this one rocks.

You can buy a ship part that hides contraband, but there's only two places to get it.

You have to press "E" or whatever it is on the controller to select the debris and then fly up to it and it will contain resources when shooting asteroids!
You really only need one point in Gravdrive ever, unless you're trying to escape quickly from the area because of enemy ships. I recommend moving the ballistics points to grav-drive, to not get any uncomfortable surprises. Never touch shields.

58:04 credits are a lot easier to come by in Starfield don’t be shy about spending them

So far Im at 23 hours on PC. The only issue I have is the performance. Bethesda focused so hard on Xbox that the PC version feels like a rough port performance-wise. Other than that, I am fully immersed in the world. 23 hours in and I feel like the story just started. I've spent hours just scanning worlds and exploring planets Jemison and Earth. Soon, Im gonna build a base at the Apollo landing site on the Moon

So just an fyi if you sleep on your ship, your health returns to full, and do that enough and your wellness stat goes up:) Also you can store a lot of your loot on your ship...
At the moment, I am about 43 hours in according to Steam. My guy is a level 14 wanted Scoundrel that loves hid family and has an Adoring brother. I made my guy to resemble the Adoring Fan I have picked up s ton of activities sand side missions so I am trying to do them but more keep popping up. I am having so much fun.

I cannot get enough of Starfield. It is absolutely amazing. I hear/see a lot of people talking about how they were or weren’t expecting fallout in space, but if I’m being completely honest, I was more expecting Skyrim in space. Not complaining though. The only thing I would change is adding terrestrial vehicles and/or mount creatures for easier exploration.
Just press the A button on map to make landing areas… yes you can touchdown almost anywhere and outposts well that’s something different when on planets bring up scanner and hit X for outposts building

Well I started playing on the 31st and im just over 21hrs and at the same main quest part your at. But I got side tracked at Mars possibly got there governor in trouble and met there ceo that seems to not all be there. Wish I could take his spot and become the head person of the mining Colony.

If this is the first game Bethesda released that isn't buggy like the Elder Scrolls and Fallout series then maybe they finally did some in-house cleaning.
They had the entire Microsoft Q&A team on their side for the last year solely polishing the game, and it definitely shows.
@@TheN9nth I just found out I have to mod it to get FOV settings though. And DLSS.
@@HalkerVeil Yeah, the default FoV is 85 I believe, so not too bad but they really should have added a slider. FSR2 is doing the trick for me atm, it's cos they had a deal with AMD unfortunately so legally couldn't include DLSS, which sucks.

ngl when i'm able to play Starfield on the 6th september (i pre-ordered the standard version of starfield 2 months ago when the direct happened but im so excited for it) but when i make my character i'm going to make a Long hauler / Cargo Pilot character whos secretly a smuggler and i'm either going to purchase / steal a freighter looking ship or make a freighter looking ship and the traits im going to pick are dream home, kids stuff, and for my 3rd trait i'm either free star collective or United collonies native trait. also i'm probably not going to join constilation when given that choice to decline it or not and i'm probably only going to do the cargo pilot/ cargo hauling / smugging gameplay for my first playthrough then do the constilation main story campaign for my second playthrough

Yeah the amount of hate the game got even before release was insane. Once it "released", those same people latched onto any negative they could find (and there are some legitimate ones like optimisation) and just called it trash.

OMG I did the same thing, took contraband and flew to Neon. Then I grav jumped to another system as they scanned. But when I stored the contraband in my outpost and returned to Neon, the FC rangers still arrested me😢

Hey Looter, I have found that if an item has no description, don't pick it up. Also, weapons don't degrade so no need to collect multiple of same weapon. Hopefully this will help becoming an overweight cucumber.
It's ok to have multiple of the same. Basically you also take the ammo it has. You can drop or sell them later but you keep the ammo.

I have a pc but I am tempted to get a Xbox controller and see if the game plays easier than a keyboard and mouse. Any thoughts on the differences?
i love playing this with a controller! i find it very simple!
It plays way better with controller. In a sense, it feels like they developed it for controller. I have the Xbox Elite controller, it works awesomely.

1. Given that you accidentally fired upon the Eye when you approached it you should probably be more mindful of where you're pointing your weapon.
I cringed when you walked up to Vladimir with your pistol drawn and pointing right at him.
I realize this video is 3 weeks old, but for the sake of your companions and other non hostile NPCs, I hope you've learned a little bit of muzzle control since then.
2. You don't grav jump to different galaxies.
You grav jump to different solar systems.
OMG, you panic me so much. 50:17 you jump at someone - "who the hell are you?", but your health bar is red, and you have no ammo in your gun! I am obsessive about my reloads - even with only 5-6 rounds out of the gun, I'll reload before going around the next corner, and heal whenever my health is under 75% - so your playstyle is so stressful!

@@Holmesy5196 It definitely has a Fallout feel to it, but just in the sense that you're using guns instead of swords and bows etc The main difference between Skyrim and Fallout to me is just the setting, both games have a very Bethesda feel to them, just like this game. I also get strong Mass Effect vibes, with some No Mans Sky sprinkled in there too.
If you enjoy sci-fi then this would definitely be up your alley, but there isn't much in the way of fantasy content (except later kinda, but that is a spoiler) haha
