Valentine's Infused Chocolate Strawberries! (Using Pink Moscato)

- Easy step by step DIY tutorial on chocolate dipped boozy berries! Yum!!
SUPPLIES:
-Pink Moscato (or any alcohol will work! my faves are Red Berry Ciroc & Crown Royal Apple!)
-Strawberries
-Candy Melts or Almond Bark
-Vegetable shortening or coconut oil, or paramount crystals (to thin chocolate)
-sanding sugar or sprinkles
-toothpicks
-parchment or wax paper
-pipettes
-mini cupcake liners
-LorAnn Oils Sparkling Wine Flavor (optional)

Hello loves! Just a couple tips, the vegetable shortening is used to thin out the chocolate to make it smoother for dipping. Other alternatives is coconut oil (be careful of people who have allergies to coconut) or paramount crystals work too.
The LorAnn's Sparkling Wine flavored oil made my chocolate thicken so I had to add more shortening after I added the flavoring to chocolate. This is optional, and totally ok if you don't add this oil in!
Another tip is if you want a stronger alcohol taste, you can add a liquor when soaking the berries overnight, such as vodka!
Also berries must stay refrigerated and once dipped in chocolate, lasts 24 hours! If you are giving as a gift to someone, dip the berries the same day they will consume!

FYI make sure y’all have a liquor license to sell anything with alcohol in them. You don’t wanna get fined. Most people will not let you know this. Beause most don’t know. But having a business in selling product out my house, I’m just letting y’all home bakers know this. And there’s is a loop hole to this law as well.

Daisy Sutton-Chavez well the loop hole is if the client wants liquor in any product have the client purchase it and provide it to you. Your not selling in that case. Cause the client provided it to you! Good luck. 👍
What if you charge them for the alcohol and you go purchase it for the clients' order?
Dark FlowerChild you’re still selling a liquor product since you bought. I usually tell my clients to purchase the liquor and have them sign and date the receipt for my personal records.
