There is a coaching institute for Banking SSC State civil services near my house. Many aspirants come there to take coaching and during lunch break they have tiffin downstairs. And then throw the thermocol dish into the drain including all types of waste which goes down and clogs the drain.
So if such highly educated citizens of the country who are preparing for Class 1 Govt jobs are doing this then what can we expect from the common public? How can we expect clean river bodies?

We have reached a point where no matter how hard the public or independent media organisations try to talk about pollution or climate change both the central and state governments dont give a damn about, but that doesn't mean we have to stop raising our voice for better future, we have to do something differently that really adds immense pressure on all state government and also Central government to act aggressively on climate and pollution

White foaming is due to phosphate in river water.
Foam in the Yamuna river water near Delhi is primarily caused by high levels of pollution, including industrial waste, sewage discharge, and agricultural runoff. These pollutants can lead to the formation of foam due to the presence of detergents, organic matter, and other substances in the water. The lack of adequate wastewater treatment infrastructure exacerbates the problem, allowing these pollutants to accumulate and create foam on the river's surface. Addressing the sources of pollution and improving water quality monitoring and treatment measures are essential to reduce the formation of foam in the Yamuna river near Delhi.

Noida Ghaziabad all this very much contribute to pollution in Delhi. Gurgaon as well. Meanwhile Delhi is a union territory not a state so centre also has equal responsibility as territory govt. People anyways doesn't care about pollution when they vote

But u have to admit it's the government who need to regulate it since govt is the major stajeholder. They allowing industries to discharge their toxic water into this clean river nothing to do with the common mass. No doubt ur point is legitimate but not upto great extent. So it's basically the government who need to come up with something solid cleaning plan to make this river clean and also the ecosystem around it by clearing encroachment of yamuna flood plains. But hope is zero as usual bcz here people also not concerned ABT their real suffering they will just watch this blame game politics of these parties and make thenselves fool

People are too concerned about making living that we have already given up on things which dont matter to us directly.
A recent to Mukhtteshwar, Uttrakand, A local traveller driver threw out plastic packet while parked on side of road and my wife saw it and imediately picked the trash and gave it back to driver saying please throw it dustbin, its for your own good but as soon as we passed him he threw it back outside, and we had to give up on him. What he did he did intentionally, and proudly so not to bother with such people.

After Diwali and other festivals the air has been the worst in our country especially near Delhi and Chandigarh. People are falling sick on a daily basis All because of this air-quality, we are scared of the future.
