,,these are not three separate devices, this is one device" - the way he said it gives me goosebumps every single time. I am trying to learn his techniques on how to present
He was a revolutionary showman who understood how to play on the emotions of his audience. He kept things simple and entertaining in his presentations. It will be many decades before the world sees another of his kind whose vision and persistence resulted in cutting-edge products. Apple wil never be the same company.
i got teary eyes when Steve gave clue and people were clapping and excited. iPhone did reinvent smartphone then I remember the hype when it first came out. What a mix emotion watching this when he already gone :')
They sure did. What Android people just refuse to accept is that their loved Samsung and other smartphones just wouldn't be where they are at without the iPhone. Other companies wouldn't have known what to do to improve on the palm pilot like Apple did the phone. Notification center, inverted scrolling, a screen that doesn't flex down when you press with a pen, touch sensitivity, etc. Sure Motorola has a touch cell before iPhone, but no one wanted it because it was frustrating to use. And yet people love to say that Apple is so successful because of brilliant advertising. Even if I never saw one ad from Apple, just using an Apple product would be enough for me to realize how unique, intuitive and innovative it is. Sure there are apple iSheep that just fall for the marketing, but a large portion of us are highly educated, and studies have proven that Apple users have a much more comprehensive and thorough understanding of the various facets of technology, design, and innovation. "Stay hungry, stay foolish." ~ Steve Jobs
People should definitely do some research before posting dumb comments. But on a more serious note, Steve Jobs was awesome at what he did. And this is coming from someone who don't even like Apple.
Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me … Going to bed at night saying we’ve done something wonderful… that’s what matters to me.” greatest man of all times STEVE you will be missed :'(
Steve was the guy who perfectly knew how to merge technology with consumer needs, a great visionary, a sensational speaker and a role model...Respect \m/
No, they never have used and will not use a stylus for an iPhone, that is what Steve Jobs meant. However, a stylus for the iPad Pro is something he would have approved of because it just makes sense given the surface area, coupled with the fact that they saw an opportunity to create great drawing software. See this is what android people don't see because they are too busy bickering on youtube, checking Facebook and playing PC games.
It was really Android that killed Nokia since they were one of 2 or 3 companies that embraced Windows Phone which never caught on with the greater market or app developers.
@@miwittwer Exactly, what Steve is talking about is the devices primary means of navigation, the Apple Pencil is a precision tool for artists and that's all it is. I'm sure Steve would approve of the Apple pencil because he had a real love for great artists.
Far away in what way? Name one other device that was nearly as capable at the time iphone was released? I dont even own an Iphone and never have but I can still recognize a revolution when I see one
no and btw the iphone 5 was the most sold phone of 2012(and it was released 3 months after the galaxy s3) the second was the iphone 4s and than came the s3 (with a difference of 5 million sold units) just let that sink in a bit
I can't say I like Apple's business(what with the overpriced computers and all) but you have to admit, they set the standard so many times that other companies had no choice but to follow them into the future. They were so passionate that in what they did, they both pissed people off and changed the world for the better. Petty rivalry is actually progressive... for what would we do better and why... if not to beat someone else? RIP Mr. Jobs, I will miss how you make me feel, both good and bad.
Haters gonna hate. I'm sure Steve Jobs wasn't the most humble guy in the world but, he was no devil. He was a very passionate man and a representative of entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation. I personally admire him a lot because of that. He always wanted to create great products THAT'S why iPhone is the ONLY phone Apples makes and iPad is the ONLY tablet Apple makes, he didn't care about making hundreds of devices just to have a bigger market share.
@1:41, when he said Apple was going to reinvent phones, he did it. Not many people in this world can made their words, and mean it. Steve Jobs means it when he says it. Even 10000 years later, he will still be remembered for saying what he said @1:41.
i am missing u.......................and i will be miss you entire my life........you are angel who still alive in my mind......................................thanks god who create you and send in our world
Well, you seem like a nice enough guy, and it's cool that you give him the benefit of the doubt. That's much better than I could do considering his social and business practices. Whether or not he positively impacted the world or positively changed our lives really depends on where you stand with technology. We're probably just on different sides of the fence with that.
I've still got the original iPhone from this video, makes me proud of it, apple without Steve sucks now. He's still a great entertainer even in serious things like this.
This man died too soon... he would have made more products to revolutionize the world. If we have another genius in our life time, we got to protect him at all costs.
You didn't give me facts, you gave your own opinion. I, on the other hand, gave you facts and numbers, and feel confident that I can back my arguments up with interviews, articles, and reviews. Also, you say they have a huge marketshare because iPhone got a head start. You want to know why it did? Because it was a breakthrough product that was unlike anything anyone saw before. That's my point I've been trying to make this entire time, you just proved me correct.
To think how risky the iPhone might have seemed at the time. The QUERTY keyboard was standard to every computing device, and Steve just came out and was like 'nah, we don't need those'. It's insane.
,,these are not three separate devices, this is one device" - the way he said it gives me goosebumps every single time. I am trying to learn his techniques on how to present
Me too😊
"Today, Apple is going to re-invent the phone"....How right he was. Can't go 5m down the round without seeing someone using one!
He was a revolutionary showman who understood how to play on the emotions of his audience. He kept things simple and entertaining in his presentations. It will be many decades before the world sees another of his kind whose vision and persistence resulted in cutting-edge products. Apple wil never be the same company.
Same here. Its an amazing presentation. I love how he introduceses it as 3 new devices. Very clever.
i got teary eyes when Steve gave clue and people were clapping and excited. iPhone did reinvent smartphone then I remember the hype when it first came out. What a mix emotion watching this when he already gone :')
I felt exactly the same :')
people take for granted all of this right now and we owe it all to this man.
well, not all

i still get goosebumps watching him doing the presentation :D
Undoubtedly the best talk by Jobs of all time. :)
People should definitely do some research before posting dumb comments. But on a more serious note, Steve Jobs was awesome at what he did. And this is coming from someone who don't even like Apple.
A visionary who made us "want" things that we did not "need". And now we need them.
his presenting skills are amazing!
What a great presentation...he still hasn't convinced me to use his product...but I have all the respect in the world for him.
When he showed the ipod with the phone dials on it 😂😂😂 Kills me everytime. Man's a LEGEND.
From 5:20 to 5:27 is my favorite moment that I can watch all day!
I wish Steve Jobs never passed away
I feel the same way!
Rip
Yeah man.....but he never passed away he is alive in our hearts
first time I watched the whole presentation, I was speechless to the way Jobs put everything together!
Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me … Going to bed at night saying we’ve done something wonderful… that’s what matters to me.”
greatest man of all times STEVE you will be missed :'(
I get chills every single time I see the iPhone introduction, especially when "Revolutionary mobile phone" comes up!
he says "were going to reinvent the phone"like it was easy,EPIC
I recommend the movie "jobs" it was incredible
Steve was the guy who perfectly knew how to merge technology with consumer needs, a great visionary, a sensational speaker and a role model...Respect \m/

«... a stylus! we're gonna use a stylus, right?... NEOU...»
😂

Dorian Oddi oh, I know. In fact, as graphic designer, I'd buy an iPad Pro. I just liked the way he said "no"
so thiss how steve killed nokia
It was really Android that killed Nokia since they were one of 2 or 3 companies that embraced Windows Phone which never caught on with the greater market or app developers.
iPod is The Best thing ever!!! Thanks Steve :) i like the iphone and the ipad too
Genius.
It's gone down hill since Steve passed away but it's still Apple and that's why I just purchased a Mac today!
apple pencil is when I realized, Jobs was really, truly, gone for good.
this is so wrong... the pencil is for precision like when drawing. Its not a requirement to use an iPad.
@@miwittwer Exactly, what Steve is talking about is the devices primary means of navigation, the Apple Pencil is a precision tool for artists and that's all it is. I'm sure Steve would approve of the Apple pencil because he had a real love for great artists.
Korean SAMSUNG employees in the audience... ....we’ll steal it anyway.
My favorite things in life don't cost any money. It's really clear that the most precious resource we all have is

I got chills when Steve introduced the iPhone.

I want to hear Steve Jobs speak to his employees when challenging them to invent things. It must be inspirational.
The iPhone presentation is brilliant!
this guy was really great at presenting stuff... Will miss u always...
no and btw the iphone 5 was the most sold phone of 2012(and it was released 3 months after the galaxy s3) the second was the iphone 4s and than came the s3 (with a difference of 5 million sold units)
