    Usucha
    - 1 tsp Matcha.com drinking or ceremonial grade matcha powder
    - 60ml hot water
    Koicha
    - 2 tsp Matcha.com ceremonial grade matcha powder
    - 30ml hot water
    - Start by preparing the hot water.
    - Pour water into a temperature-controlled kettle, and let it boil until reaches 175F.
    - Soak your bamboo whisk in hot water to soften the prongs, and set it aside.
    - Next, choose a ceremonial grade matcha powder.
    - Grab a bowl and a sifter.
    - To make the usucha, scoop 1 tsp or 2g of matcha.
    - Sift to remove any clumps.
    - Add 60ml of hot water to the bowl.
    - Whisk vigorously until frothy.
    - To make the koicha, sift 2 tsp or 4g of matcha into the chawan.
    - Add 30ml hot water.
    - Whisk slowly until you’re left with a paste.
