Who's to say that balance between sweet and savoury is 50-50? Savoury snacks are intense, have a lot of salt and are overall less healthy. For me a balanced box must have more sweet than savory. Bokksu does a great job of this. Their savory snacks are fewer but of much higher quality, like curry flavored cashews rather than oily chips and when they do have chips they're so crispy and flavorful, not drenched in sodium. And on the other hand their sweet snacks are so gourmet with ingredients that you won't find easily like apple butter and real custard. Their cakes are super moist and taste freshly made, their cookies are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, unlike anything you'd normally expect to come out of a box.
