I am just starting with the deck, the Ponix + Arvata combo blew my mind, it's amazing, thanks for the video! I am trying a budget Tri-Bri version, I think I'll bump up the copies of Arvata
The dogmatika engines good too with fleurdelis and Maximus with x3 of nadir servant
Really helpful video, also i find it hilarious that you are Jojos ASMR teaching me fire king tech lmfao, 3 million subs asmr channel but we got our priorities straight with YuGiOh

Dude this is amazing! You go into such detail that it’s easy to understand which I believe is the main problem with deck profiles in the community, definitely looking forward to more competitive deck profiles!!!
no offence to OP but some of these combos end with suboptimal end boards
do yourself a favor and run almiraj and amblowhale in the deck, they make combo 2 and 3 better and flexible respectively

Honestly this video is fantastic
This is hysterical to me seeing your asmr a year before I knew you're a yugioh player lol
if you run almiraj in the extra you can end Combo 2 with a kirin in hand and you dont have to use the kirin pop on your own monster to get a kirin on the board
instead of making linkuriboh with the normal summoned ponix, make almiraj instead so you end up with 4 fires on the board
almiraj + garunix into sunlight wolf
ponix into linurkuriboh under sunlight wolf triggering it to add back kirin
and then linkuriboh and sunlight wolf can then even go into a heatsoul so you get another 2 cards in hand before your opponent even gets to play
or just make the little knight instead, which is also good

You can reborn and pop so many monsters = bigger monsters = searches = extends plays = stronger monsters + effects… = WCS lol 😂 but yeah this is a dull explanation
Sometimes it is better to save the wanted GY effect for follow up. You can banish Original Spoils to return witch and add ponix, then banish wanted to return original and draw one, recycling the entire engine and getting u a ponix vs just a draw.
Wanted can add the witch from grave too

1) Opinions on the tri-brigade version of fire king?
2) Would it be possible to mix Fire King Sinful Brigade?
3) Is the pure version decent or lacking and that's why other engines are mixed in with it? (outside of synergies, does the deck *need* them?

Ive been working on it since it came out and its honestly insane how close your list is to the one i put together lol
I want to say that you can literally otk if you can keep the big garunix on your turn, you just go add ponix, normal summon ponix and take either sky burn or circle, battle use the s/t on garunix and go from there

How would you rate the deck's ceiling? Is it hard to play in a tournament enviroment?
Question : how you summ. The Materials from Garunix Eternity "if" they are not in grave when the monster dies ???
Because :
The text in parentheses is reminder text. You cannot activate a trigger effect in the graveyard if the card was not there when the trigger happened. You can activate an “if” trigger effect in the hand as long as the trigger was met in the previous chain/event (with exceptions)
Garunix is not in the graveyard when it is destroyed on the field/in the hand so it cannot trigger.

Misplay on Combo 2 due to Green Baboon rule. You cannot SS 2 monsters that can be SSd from the hand in the same chain even if the other came from the GY or even if the other was SSd by another card effect.

For the last two combo's, would you not always go WANTED first in DP to play around droll as best you can?
Thoughts on cutting pot for 1 called by 1 crossout and make it 40 even ? (Also 2 arvata 2 ponix 3 witch)
With sanctuary do you need to have 2 lvl to xyz or fire kings. Because sanctuary says only fire kings
Sleeping on rangbali easy extender and most importantly a s/t negate. Stops cards like talents, evenly, any spell searchers.

@@ProfessionalRUclipsWatcher its a trigger but its easy to summon since you're usually popping fire king monsters
Yeah but usually you want to summon the big garunix rather than the ape and since you can't summon 2 cards with a summon from hand trigger he rarely comes up @@antyoung24
IMO, Heatsoul is far from mandatory until we get fire princess

In the normal one card combo ponix, when exactly can garunix summon itself? Like in a new chain after the chain resolve? Or in the same time it comes into my hand? (And so if there is a monster effect negate on field, can it negate the summon of garunix?)
It activates on a new chain so they can respond to it, yes
Your missing flamebirg eff to put your grave monsters in your spell / trap zone to sp them on your opponents turn u plus more and bait imperm and veiler
5:27 it summons any two fire kings not the materials
the first wanted combo plays terribly into nibiru, u get nibbed with snake eye and garunix and no sanctuary its just scoop

Combo 4… doesn’t work? Am I tripping? Bc you have to add Ponix back to your hand in the next standby, and then you wouldn’t have the 2 lvl 1 from flamberge pop… right?

Your Wanted combo is just a bit flawed. You didn’t add Ponix back in the SP so you won’t have 2 lvl 1’s in the GY for flamberge. Aside from that, great job on the video.

Question! Why can you special summon snake eyes flamberge off of Snake Eye Ash. It states you can special summon a snake EYE monster. And Flamberge is called snake EYES.
Would really love an answer, I’m new. But I snake eyes playing really well with labyrinth if you can actually special summon foamberge off of snake eye ash or the feild of lay spell
A snake eyes monster also counts as a snake eye monster, if the order of the words is the same it doesn't matter what is before or after them. However fire king high avatar garunix doesn't count as a fire king avatar monster as the high breaks the order of the words, just as an example. It is confusing at times

Why exactly are you playing tenki? I tried to play more diabellstar to increade consistency instead. I dont want to lose more to droll.
i'd rather play into 3 drolls than playing into 3 veiler 3 imperm on diabellstar and I have to discard a card to summon her. She isn't a fire so I can't even use Kirin to protect her.
Any recommendations on what to pay for a time card in this deck?
You don’t need a time card you just need to avoid bad time cards like cosmic etc. the deck does grind esp the mirror but it breaks boards and otks so easy I don’t think it’s necessary. I’m personally thinking maybe maining mourner&chill just because it’s gonna either force them to stop or they take some damage no matter what so it can kinda come up in time but it’s not meant for that
ie: opp normal summon air lifter. Mourner would dead stop them or they take the 1700 dmg either way the card did more than veiler imperm
Same is true for the centur-ion cards. Even if they turn to a trap it’s considered a new card to the game mechanics so basically they take the damage even if they use the other card to put it in their s/t zone.
@@DanteMill3 cosmic is too good not to play for the upcoming format. I don’t think your argument is very strong. You can play perfectly and still lose to time which is why people tend to op for a time card win condition. Rather have it then not have it.
Quick question: if I don’t have the other WANTED monsters (besides mom lmao)
I assume I just ignore those combos that involves it and use other non engine in their place and focus on the combos shown that don’t use them? Thanks Jojo!

The snake eye boss is like $10 and the ash is like $1 just go get em. They become mandatory after phantom knightmare comes out anyways
@@coffeedudeable But isn't the wanted card essential to that combo? Running just the two snake eye monsters without the sinful spoils/diabelle stuff wouldn't be bricky?

try with 2 snake-eyes ash, 2 original sinful spoils, 1 one for one(the third original sinful), the flamberg, and in my case the other snake-eyes green. the rest with fenrir, feels very good if you don’t plan to get the wanted nor the bonfire ‘cause expensive
Are you playing 2 garunix eternity or a 14 card extra?
Last card is a flex spot that he usually fills with link spider to play through nib

I only own 2 wanted currently. Do you think the deck is fine with just 2 for now? Obviously I know it'll be a bit less consistent but I don't wanna buy another at this current moment

Now I want to start again with ygo and this deck seems really interesting. Unfortunately I dont recognize any of these cards and can not find a written decklist.

@@coffeedudeable I listened and he said "14 out of 15 of these cards are pretty much mandatory" and then only showed 14. So it's more like 14 of these 14 cards are mandatory.. Unless I'm missing something.

With all the new cards, its frustrating trying to decide which cards to cut from my old fire king deck. I hate playing a cookie cutter version of any deck.
