Most Beautiful Sims 4 Build Ever? Spent Over a Year on 1 House!

- Thank you all for coming and welcome to Chateau de Lucille! This tour takes you through the culmination of what has turned out to be most of my creative output since May of 2020 (I'm writing this in November of 2021). See the five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two kitchens, two bars, two offices, a dining room and a restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a two story Atrium/Conservatory/Greenhouse, a two story wine cellar, two story foyer, sunken gardens, ballroom, dream car garage, nightclub and more...
This labor of passion was my first ever mansion build using the sims 4, based on an idea of my personal dream house that I dreamt up years ago and has stuck with me since then. It's also my first ever sims video. Basically everything in this video was a first for me and I learned as I went. I even made my first tumblr blog because I think sims people are still active over there? Feel free to follow me if you want:

LouiseGravy, whose video showing up in my recommended on youtube nearly brought me to tears from how inspired I was by it, and was what exposed me to the sims4. She was the blueprint for me and two of my favorite rooms in my build (the ballroom and indoor pool) were basically repurposed from two of her builds.

As I am not really a public sims builder or sims youtuber in the traditional sense, I hope that the community accepts me with grace and leniency when it comes to breaking with standard practices like posting CC lists, or even offering downloads... I haven't completely ruled out the possibility (feel free to follow my sims ID, @veralucille) but the build is so complex that it would only ever work if I gave you my game files, and I couldn't do that because I have paid CC that I would not want to have anyone steal from the deserving and talented creators who worked hard to make them. Also even if I did do that, It wouldn't run on your computer. It doesn't even on mine, it's basically impossible to play with and I have top of the line hardware to run it. The lot price is nearly 4,000,000 simoleons. I basically broke the game to make it. This is strictly an art piece that I hope people accept and enjoy for what it is.

I started this video and said “oh yeah my very powerful pc could totally play this in my Sims.“ I finished the video and said “NOPE!“ lol I have never seen a more perfect house. This would be my dream house in real life. It’s understandable why you couldn’t post this for others to even TRY to run.

the fact that this is a 31-minute video of just going through each room in the house, impresses me. I've never seen any build in the sims like this before, it's truly TRULY unique. The custom content that's in that house is lucky to be part of that whole experience. Lol I'm jealous of custom content? wtf

I'm imagining a whole story... the owners of the estate, the generational fortune... mystery... love that you included the servants quarters. People dont do that in a lot of historical builds which surprise me.
I see why it took over a year and I honestly do think it's the most beautiful build ever built.

OMG Ive been Simming for many years and wish I could even pretend to be able to even decorate a shell of this magnificence.let alone create one if this were in real life it would be a national treasure. you should get an award for this . it is beyond I cant say enough as well as I want to get back to watching it as I will be doing for quite some time it is a masterpiece . its an inspiration. You are a true master and we ALL bow down to your skill eye for detail ,beauty and balance ...pure magic ...it made mecry the first time I watched it

I watched with constant thoughts that this cannot really be the Sims. It is an actual place. It is just mind blowing the technical know-how this took and the many many hours it took to create such an intricate, huge masterpiece.

I've played the sims since it came out in 2001 and this video made me cry for the first half, I had to pause it and get it together so I could have my mind repeatedly blown over and over again while watching the second half....

Okay so I went a bit far here, and I won't get I too much detail BUT, I watched this right before bed and dreamt I was there. It was built as an attraction. It was smaller than a real house and most of the decor was attached so people couldn't take it. I thought I was sneaking in with a friend to check out the rooms but then it turned out you were just allowed/trusted to check it out. A few things were props you could take photos with but no one ever stole them. I remember finding the pink room, laying down on the carpet & declaring, this is my room! I also kept trying to find the jungle tropical room. I even recall walking onto one of the porches and looking out over the gardens. Then other people started showing up. Then...it turned into a huge cruise ship, or it was behind it? But it was PACKED with people. The crew all wore these fancy white & blue outfits with cute hats. All the rooms were supposed to be designs taken from the house, but they were more uniformed. It was like a SIMS cruise lol! But we didn't have the big ticket so we had to leave, along with the line of people waiting to get off who were just there to see the house. So, when they sent you off, you got on this clear cloud slide roller coaster and it went all over the grounds before dumping you off back in the parking lot. There's so much more, but what can I say, dreams & imagination are a fun mix. Thanks for that fun ride! Wow what a beautiful place! ❤

I’m completely in shock about this house. The bedrooms, the pool, the gardens, well, every single room is so detailed and beautiful! I completely loved it!

This is basically art omg. I would die if there would be a playable version of it - THIS IS FREAKING AMAZING
forget my sims living in this, I WANT TO LIVE IN THIS. the maximalism is SO stunning and perfectly done with this property; cluttered, but in a manner that reflects the oppulence and grandeur of its owner. every room tells a story about the family occupying the home, especially the bedrooms, which allude to the interests and character of their occupants through such subtle but intentional detail. this is magnificent!
This so nostalgic and wonderful, it reminds me of Lara Croft's mansion, so tranquil, just like the game itself. I could roam this rooms for years and wouldn't get tired of it

This was made for elegance, beauty, divinity and posh alike. I've never had my breath taken away from me so swiftly from a sims build. I thought I was a great architect on sims, but you...you, are a virtuoso of sims builds. You have made it a craft beyond comprehension! You should be so amazingly proud of yourself, as I can definitely see all the endless hours of work you've put into this alone.

This house is absolutely incredible, even paired with the music, and the location. It's as though it stepped straight out of a fairytale wow, it had true lived in old manor feels. Well done 🙌🏼🙌🏼❤
I don't have 90% of the packs in this, but if I ever get them I will download this and wear a ballgown while I play, I'll also probably talk in a snooty accent and order around a pretend butler.
Everything is stunning but the landscaping and open air parts of this house are what Sim dreams are made of 💚💚💚

Are you considering being an architect/interior designer, by any chance? If not, you should. Seriously. This build is nothing short of a masterpiece!
I've considered it. For 3 months I was working as an architectural designer but workplace politics put that to an untimely end. In reality you don't get to make things like this. You have to follow the whims of unimaginative clients, untrusting, egotistical bosses and nonsensical, oppressive building code laws, submitting plans to little pencil pushing kings whose only joy in life is shut you down. I don't know how to get around all of that if I were to get back into it. Thank you for your comment.

This is beautiful, and I believe you because I have built and decorated a home that is over 5 million, with every amenity and I keep adding certain functional items as I get new cc...I haven't really played it but I know I can...a little slower than some. I have a very good gaming laptop with gorgeous graphics. I may drop it down today and see how it looks. But this perfect.

While I completely understand that this would be very much unplayable, I can appreciate an exquisite art piece. Such as this. I completely understand why this took a year to create. It is beautiful and exquisite in every way. Not many people build traditionally anymore. Everyone always does modern mansions, but you have managed to create something so beautiful it’s nearly brought me to tears. Your attention to detail is impeccable, and I hope you know that you will serve as my inspiration in the future.

what a dedication😍😍 The weather, the video effect, and the music choice gives me Villainous Mansion vibes that is owned by a Very Rich man, whose wife is dead, and remarried to an evil woman and became a wicked stepmother who runs the house and treat her children like maids.
I don’t push the like button that much on youtube but the amount of time and effort in this build deserves it, and more. This deserves recognition.

This is stunning! The amount of detail in every room and the grounds is spectacular. I was definitely getting "British royal adventurer" vibes from this, almost like Croft Manor. I can definitely tell you spent a lot of time and thought on this build and it is breathtaking!
