Set a 1 hour 45 minutes and 47 seconds, I always loved that scene because that gentlemen really knew how to pay it forward. It's one of my favorite moments in all the Ramona books. Not so much in back in the 80s when kids could be by themselves at home with no problems now everybody helicopters and I'm thinking that's what's contributing to the anxiety of the modern generation because they're not allowed to make are the parents just outright the neglect them and never teach him anything or discipline them.

In the UK it was broadcast on Channel 4 on Sunday mornings, IIRC.
