I'm struggling with following the rhythm on strumming while trying to sing at the same time do you have a tip or exercise? Cause at some point during the song instead of keep the strumming pattern I just mess with the whole rhythm and ruin the entire song
My tip would be to pick a song that’s pretty easy and that you can really get good at strumming because you have to disengage one thing to engage another. Start with small pieces and work your way up because you do get better with practice. Singing, and playing becomes easier with time.
