It's saddening that these materials are not getting spread wider. The retrospection is outstanding. Thank you kindly for your great work.

It seems as though no princess lives a fairy-tale life.

I believe that the the children should have been allowed to go to either Germany or England because they were part British and German.

This make me sad everytime i see a documentary about them. I am not a Romanoff not even from Russia but my heart hurts when i see 5 innocent children. Alexandra with her traumatised childhood and Nicolas not very bright but very goodlocking were not very good parents their daughters very isolated from the real world which made them traumatiesed and depressed. When they visited England a hole world was opened to them go shopping etc. It make my heart sad for them and the 3 oldest daughters never married. It is sad that George V never helped rescure the children. 😢

Funny how the rumor was that the Empress was conniving for a separate peace with Germany when it was actually Lenin doing that exact thing

So sad, if only Nicholas , or perhaps Alexandra, had relented and let a ‘relaxation’ of total rule go, things could have been different. Mind you, Lenin was a,ways going to be a force to be reckoned with. Like so many regimes, his type of control was even more barbaric. Very pretty girls. 🙏🙏🙏🙏👵🇦🇺

imagine if all or some of them survived the revolution imagine watching a interview of nicky alix or the girls telling first hand of all of it going down in a written account or even a TV interview imagine by the 1950s we could have tv interviews of the girls or their parents or imagine what books they could have written themselves on the matter, sadly we don't, it's just an interesting thought and what if situation

I saw the movie at the movie house. So sad. WHAT about the brother who had hemophilia?

His body and one of his sisters was found about 70 metres from the rest of the Romanov bodies
Personal note ...he was one I knew for sure was killed along with the Czar and Czarina. No way as a hemophilia could he have survived bullets, bayonets attacks and other forms of physical assaults
