Your room is beautiful!! I just got into commons and was worried that it would look a bit boring but you definitely inspired me to just find ways to make it my own space.
TBH I forgot what the dorm lounge sofas are like but I would say they are fairly comfy, nothing too special. I would add a nice blanket and some pillows to help.

Hi! All the furniture you see (bed, dresser, desk) came with the space, and yes the standard bed is a full size!
