    VLOG 21: How to make cha bong aka dried shredded chicken
    I would say that this dish is comparable to eating beef jerky, but with chicken instead of beef. I know it's not in big chunks and the process to make beef jerky is totally different, but somehow it feels like it. I remember growing up, our family was poor so my mom would make Cha Bong with leftover chicken. Cha Bong with porridge was cheap as it can get, but it can definitely provide enough food for the entire family. I feel like some of the food I grew up eating was based on the situation that I was in. Food can have an emotional effect on the body and mind; therefore I can understand why it is hard for people to start gluten-free, or keto diets.
