- hello guys today i have purchased a crompton storm 2 pedestal fan. It's a really good product and one of the best made by crompton.
specifications:

speed -1350 rpm
air throw-105 cubic meters
2 heavy duty brass bushes equipped
sturdy and durable construction
its a must buy for summer season or if you are wanting a pedestal fan.

That's what it was giving out it's induced body current which I had to stop by putting a 3 core(earthed wire) and a 3 pin top

Switch chain got cut very irritating this switch method
Try fitting a switch type wall regulator in place of the chain
Same fan but adjustable rod is not pulling out
Try to push it out without your fingers or claim warranty by Crompton or replace it from the shop you have bought
Very well explained. I have bought this fan today. We are not able different speed change between three modes. All feels same. Is this is expected?
Yes that is because unlike its competitors V3 and Orient tornado 2 it has capacitor based speed control not winding tappings like the other ones , so because of this mechanism it's 3 speeds seems same

How to tighten the screw just below the motor. I am getting some abnormal sound which might reduce on tightening the screw
There is a hole provided on the steel rod , it has a hole drilled into it to tighten the motor screw. Align the holes and tighten it

Call an electrician to help or remove the pull cord and put a socket type fan speed regulator there after removing its face plate

You can't , you have to replace that pull cord speed operation system with a regulator system

Loosen the screw fully insert into the steel rods gap and tighten it fully again
Me also faced the Same problem.. I tired to adjust the rod and tighten screw.. but it's not fixed. If switched on fan rotates 360 degrees angle. What is the solution bro..
Tight the adjustable rod fastener to maximum and then tighten the motor assembly to the small gap given in the rod and that too make the bolt full tight
Could'nt tight the motor bolt in the fan stand, it's not get fixing.
Maybe manufacturing defect or screws got rusted

I don't know which brand you are mentioning about dear sir , obviously metal is better in terms of build quality and performance but plastic can be bought if you are minimising your budget

Yes in the bottom part there will be a fastener , just loosen that and push it up or down and then tighten it back , the fastener is located right below the metal rod
