You could put in 1 or 2 in first so that you can put 3 up after that so the top of the bales are higher than the bale spike in the new shed to save nearly hitting the roof
I know but it means I have to carry that on all the way to the end of the stack, so I suffered initially to gain later. I pick them up in 3s so best if I can stick to those multiples 😀👍
On the back end of the new barn perhaps pick up the 4th bale at the tip of the grab like you do with round bale hay. You have the foldable lower tines🤔
Have you an engineering shop near you. Buy a 32 mm spanner and take it to them and have them slim it in jaw width by grinding or milling to the width you need. I still have spanners in toolbox from time in industry where I had the same problem.
Good on ya! As fellow farmers, We enjoy your stream because it follows your day and is not full of product placement.
The new shed looks great full of straw, no need to worry about hitting the roof when you start the mega stacking outside. 👍.

The old expression "why farm when you can bye from supermarket" Still confuses me Great video as always
It’s more cost effective to buy vegetables from Lidl than grow your own
Great video Joe. The last couplings I bought from a John Deere dealer were about £60 about three years ago. They’ve certainly gone up

Great video as always takes me back
Looking for advice on an old Iseki tractor (2160). Where do you check the oil and water level? Also what oil type should it be topped up with?
Great video Joe
Joe couldn’t you take the box section off the rear of the spike that Noah was using to put the top bales in
When you are at 5 high why not do 2 on the bottom and 3 on top so the Mx fits better?
(just seen someone else asked much the same.)
