You unlock Luigi’s mansion through the shop at Mario Stadium. It costs 300 coins but you can get it for half off once you get every character from that area on your baseball roster. The stadium is also only accessible at night.

Captains are good to get. Funky Kong is in a plant in dk jungle, King k rool is under the waterfall in dk jungle after you beat the kritters, wiggler is on the roller coaster at yoshi park, and Petey piranha is in a flower pot in peach garden.
This game is quite possibly the game I’ve played the most in my life. One fun thing I did was I had a goal to hit a homer using every character in the game, and some of them are not power hitters at all. I finally did it, ending with Baby Daisy the last one to do it.

To unlock Luigis mansion you need to go to get 300 coins and go to Mario stadium and go to the shop and buy luigis flash light and that will let you go to night time and you can go into luigis Mansion
