What's up Jen, great videos by you. I like hot and cold months for different reasons. The cold definitely makes the hyperhidrosis easier to deal with and I think dress attire is better overall. Hot months are nice because it's better to do cool things outside, whereas when it's cold, I'd rather stay in more.
Hey Jen, great to hear from you again! For me, it is definitely not the temperature, it is the humidity that is giving me the uncontrollable HH. This week I was on vacation in Madrid, Spain where it was 30 degrees there. I haven't had a single episode of HH there! And I just got back home to Amsterdam, Netherlands today. And as soon as I got out of the plane, I started having an episode which didn't stop until I got back home... It was around 5-6pm in the evening and 20 degrees. Then I checked out Accuweather; humidity was 29% in Madrid, whereas it is 93% in Amsterdam...
My favorite season is Fall because it is finally cooling down and we can wear long clothes. The long sleeves can help absorb sweat but I find the sweat tends to ruin clothes everywhere it touches. Like on older shirts, the material around the hands is always discolored from the sweat. That's interesting about the swelling. I haven't noticed that as much but I think you are right. I also dread situations where you know a handshake is inevitable. The anticipation just makes it worse haha. Do you have any parks around where you live? Maybe you can do a walking video somewhere like that where it is not so busy.
Good idea about a park! And that’s true about the sweat ruining the clothes. I usually wear black so I guess I don’t notice as much as if I wore light colored clothes a lot. I hope you are doing well!
Thank you! I have a video on my channel about the medicine already, but perhaps it would be a good idea to make an updated video about it soon. I appreciate you watching.
glad to see you back again ^^ What do you think about we create a server on discord or a group on telegram to connect people with this same condition in order to help each other? I'm a software developer and I can help with that, no problems
I like the fall I like the winter a little little bit. I love the spring a lot, and I love summer 😊

Wow… perhaps the humidity is the true culprit!! I am so sorry to hear you had to leave the environment which was good for preventing your sweating
