You will get the best customer support when calling and the end of the call problem remains the same because nothing gonna really happen. 3. home technicians will come to your place only when they get multiple complaints in the same area, otherwise, it will take weeks to come. 4. you will get no update regardingyour request( the worst customer support ever). YOU need to call them day by day to know the status of your complaint/request NB: This is the personal experience of mine after bought ola s1 pro and my vehicle is at my home over a week ( handle bar got loosen while driving (BAD BUILD QUALITY OF VEHICLE)

@@elite450 no it doesn't, I still see 1st gen activas still running around on the road with no major issues. They are still bulletproof 20 plus years later. Crappy Ola scooters are much more simpler than a ICE scooter yet still somehow manages to be unreliable.
@@thunderstrom7157 their will be replacement for petroleum like fuel from hydrogen or something like that with a combustion engine. Its better to ride a cycle than riding an EV. EV riders are shame to our petrol head bloodline.
