loved this; keep 'em coming. clear and striking production/graphics. great to incorporate breath work, meditative practice, and musical improvisation. hell yeah to all manner of what i label "pure presence"! thank you.
thank you for this beautiful workshop. this feels like a great bridge between my guitar practice & meditation, and i plan to follow it with guitar + drones of my own
This is wonderful! Well Done! Thanks so much for the thoughtful time and effort it took to make this available. Much appreciated. I have my own similar practices but never put them together quite like this. I found it very engaging to practice outside of my usual routine. And the "virtual collaborative" aspect was engaging as well. One thought: I'd be very grateful if you could make these available on Spotify or some other platform to stream uninterrupted. I found the youtube commercials very jarring. Thanks again!
Hi Patrick. About a half year ago, I was disappointed to learn that youtube was turning off my own monetization of my channel because I have not chosen to participate in the new era of making 'shorts,' so I no longer have control (or redeem any income) from the ads that are placed on my work here. But greater disappointment is to learn that there are multiple adds being placed on this video and disconnecting users from the flow of the experience. Thank you for letting me know of this. If I could, I would take all adds off of these videos to help users experiment with this format as I originally intended. I plan to start hosting the series privately via video on demand on laurelpremo.com following Drone House II, and you're welcome to join in there.
@@LaurelPremo Sorry to hear about the RUclips hassle. But great to hear you'll have them available via the website. I will definitely check that out. And, just putting this out to the Universe: this would be a great workshop with a small group of humans in an actual room, don't you think? One can dream. Thanks again, Patrick
I'm so glad to hear that, Patrick. The concept began a few years ago as an idea for a live event, and I would love to direct it towards that as another offshoot of the practice, after shaping the series a bit.
This is really powerful, Laurel. I look forward to integrating it into my work - I have several meditative activities that I do at the bass every day, these will join those! Thank you for putting them in this form
....a pure beam of the luminous dark.................
Thank you. I felt challenged, invited, welcomed to be present. This practice reminds me of the authenticity I can bring to other practices.

absolutely STUNNING. This should be an online class at University of Michigan. :) Wow. Thank you.

It's great to hear that that's a welcome bridge. Thank you, Dan.
I deadass opened this thinking that Laurel Premo was making house music now
there are ideas much further from the realm of possibility than that. we shall see!
what a rich and emergent practice. love the visuals and production as well. thank you! 💙
thank you for trying it out, Kaitlin
Beautiful concept and content, thank you for this. Already shared.
I LOVE THIS. Thank you so much, Laurel. This is so beautiful and helpful to me. Allows me to explore musical ideas!!
