Thank you all for your patience while we got our bagger exhaust dialed in! 🤘🏼 It's ready to go and available now! ➡ www.blockheadmoto.com/collections/harley-exhaust
"Milwaukee's Best" growing up my step dad and his friend were always helping each other out with random projects. Always on hand during those projects. Milwaukee's Best or Old Milwaukee. LOL!! You nailed that, Chris.
I hope you guys do some sound clips of the different mufflers, especially on the road while doing some real world riding. It's hard to get a good sound sample from revs and dyno runs.
You guys did a great job on producing and promoting that pipe and the muffler options. Nice detail on the install as well. Would be nice to see some dyno comparisons to other performance mufflers, and eventually cams that work well with the exhaust. Great job, well done.
Thanks Smitty! Episodes incoming going over just that, just not on the 135, haha. Figured it'd be better to showcase Stage 1 and Stage 2 comparisons 👍🏼
Is there a plan to make a bagger full length? Love the look but would love a full length especially if it will clear a 14” rear shocks! The mid length does clear a 14” rear shock correct?
Unfortunately not, as we're not happy with the black finishes available. Over time and after heat cycles, most black turns a purplish color, scratches easily, and just doesn't hold up well.
love to hear the pipe on a stock motor like a 114. your examples of goldzilla and the 2024 135 aren't realistic for most of us who don"t have fully built motors. thanks.
@@3percentmick705 the second bike is goldzilla which is a 131. The white bike got the 135 ( i think) but not sure if this was done before the motor swap on the road glide.
Unfortunately not, as we're not happy with the black finishes available. Over time and after heat cycles, most black turns a purplish color, scratches easily, and just doesn't hold up well.
Exhaust sound / tone preference is a very personal thing, but my favorite is the pie cut turnout. Sounds mean, while not being overbearing 🤘🏼 If you want louder, the reverse cone and pipe bomb are good options.
Good ass prices on those $1180 for polished with the longer muffler.. I’d think that the long one would produce a better tq curve. Thst one in the vid … pie cut turnout.. holy hell it sounds fkn good tho.
Weres the twin cam pipe guys????? I'd hate to just settle with a bassani again. I'm building up my 2004 road king 95" to a 124", id really love to have one of your exhausts block. And no, I don't want a stock stealth pipe...lol
@BLOCKHEAD hey guys do you know if the different muffler sizes effect performance or do they just change the sound? I have the reverse cone muffler and have been told my a few local tuners that the short pipe can be harder to tune. thanks so much for reading
The mufflers do impact performance a little but, but not significantly. A shorter pipe can be difficult to tune, but that's where the header design helps as well. We've seen great results with the mid length and pie cut turnout.
As of now, we're not happy with the black finishes currently offered. Over time and after heat cycles, most black turns a purplish color, scratches easily, and just doesn't hold up well.

Any plans on making a blacked out version of the pipes?

You nailed that, Chris.
Sign of a 100 year master level technician is he can hold on to the muffler no matter how hot it gets.
Black chrome! 🎩☕️
Exhaust is sick!! Also I hope y'all stay safe with the hurricane. 🙏
Patiently awaiting availability for 06 bagger 🤘🏼
I wish yall did exhaust for metric bikes I have a 01 roadstar 1600 that I would love to put you exhaust on. Great sound and looks. Congrats I love it
Maybe one day! So many bikes, so little time, haha 😅

I gotta say them thumbnails are 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks Freddie!
The video and announcement we have all been waiting for! 🎉
Thanks Kyle!
Excited for my exhaust for my street bob to come in. Ordered it 22 days ago so hopefully it will ship out soon. Hope yall are safe from that storm
Appreciate your support, hope you enjoy the exhaust! All good here from the storm, Orlando didn't get much of it
@@BlockheadMoto of course. Love the content and the detailed results yall provide
Is the header equal length?
Looks rad!
Will the softail version fit a 2020 Fatboy? They look and sound awesome.
Is there a plan to make a bagger full length? Love the look but would love a full length especially if it will clear a 14” rear shocks! The mid length does clear a 14” rear shock correct?
Are you going to offer a black option?
Unfortunately not, as we're not happy with the black finishes available. Over time and after heat cycles, most black turns a purplish color, scratches easily, and just doesn't hold up well.
It sounds soooo good
Thanks Ivan!

Not that the sound is probably any different but that was a 117.

Should get a set of blow performance exhaust to review
More angles of bikes showing the exhausts fitted pleeeaaasseee
Checkout our instagram, there's more footge / angles of it there: instagram.com/blockheadmoto
Did replace the O2 sensor plug who touch the gearbox?
I want one in all black!!! Can you make this happen? I like the one with the 45 on it or the “side dump”
Unfortunately not, as we're not happy with the black finishes available. Over time and after heat cycles, most black turns a purplish color, scratches easily, and just doesn't hold up well.
Blockhead is there any future plans for corbin fiber for lowrider st?
There is! We're actually working on some for it right now 👍🏼
@@BlockheadMoto thank you so much!! I will definitely be purchasing some
Go on! Good stuff!
can you do a dyno on the bassani superbike pipe? that one looks good
These pipes are so beautiful I would hang one on my wall😁.
Lol, thanks Jon!
Twin cam options coming?
Yo that O2 sensor sitting right there on the top transmission cover doesn't look healthy... Cool exhaust though!
I noticed that too.
o2 bungs have been relocated for better clearance for wide bands on production exhausts 👍🏼
what's the chances of having some for older bikes? like a 2000 Night Train
Working on twin cam up next!
@@BlockheadMoto awesome sauce
I run an M8 softail... I'm looking for a deep sounding muffler... what is your recommendation?
Exhaust sound / tone preference is a very personal thing, but my favorite is the pie cut turnout. Sounds mean, while not being overbearing 🤘🏼 If you want louder, the reverse cone and pipe bomb are good options.
Which one has that loud bark?
Is there anyway we can get it in black?
Good ass prices on those

The mid length muffler is a good option for that, def. Glad you like the sound of it, thanks Gerald! 🤘🏼
Any chance of you making some exhausts etc for the Pan America?

Just dropped this one for M8 baggers, we're working on twin cam dyna next! 👍🏼
@@BlockheadMoto ok cool, dyna and touring please!....
Did the 24 have a cam in it?
Please make twincam exhaust
Up next in the lineup!

Hey Blockhead I hope U and your family is ok from that huricane crap goin on. 🙏🙏🙏
Thanks Vader! All good here in Orlando 👍🏼
Is there an option to get just the different mufflers? Instead of spending 1000 for head pipes that won’t be used
Does this exhaust system have catalytic converter inside?
how far out are the sporty exausts?
Will there be offering this in a black ceramic coating to match my Special?
As of now, we're not happy with the black finishes currently offered. Over time and after heat cycles, most black turns a purplish color, scratches easily, and just doesn't hold up well.
Have you tried the Cerakote H-series?
If I had a bagger this is what I would do
Is it available for twin cam dyna?
We're working on twin cam dyna up next! 👍🏼
Rock on 🇺🇸 always ☝️
No heat shield?
Not yet, in the works! Will be available to purchase separately and add to previous systems.
