dont use windows blinds its paid software and generally sucks, use uxthemepatcher and aero10 msstyle paired with either DWMBlurGlass or Aero Window Manager (for the aero transparency)

Revert8plus is the best option I used to use revert8plus on my main pc all the time until I had to stop however I still recommend revert8plus
