I had to replace the cylinder , had to cut off the old cylinder ends and weld it on the new cylinder, nearly impossible to find exact fits to odds parts measurement, by the way ,after I was done, the seller in China finally respond to my emails and the Exact replacement was available at reasonably price but I was done with my modification
Are you attempting to fix a problem that hasn't and most probably will never occur? By the sounds of it the person's machine that has the splayed ram mounts must have majorly misused the machine for that to occur? As you said the mounts are gusseted well and use chunky steel, I would have thought that it would be difficult to damage that area of the machine through normal use. My suggestion is to keep the existing pins, keep them well greased and remember everything on the machine will be metric. I couldn't see what drive type you have but if it is the tracks the rollers are greasable (not sure about the idler pulleys) but don't have grease fittings and are shipped without grease. You can make a grease fitting bolt from a new bolt of the same size with a hex head that retains the track rollers, remove the outer bolt of each roller and install the grease bolt to grease the roller bearings then reinstall the normal bolt. Just my suggestions after researching for several months and importing a machine as we speak.
@TheHayruss The person that damaged theirs had installed a larger bucket. After seeing that I figured a preventative measure couldn't hurt. As usual, it wasn't as simple as I thought. The sleeve should arrive soon. 25mm IDx 30mm OD. Thanks for the advice on the tracks.

@imnotsure8250 Well, it stinks they took forever, but dang, it sounds like you killed it on improvising. Not easy but very cool. Much respect.
