The colour is a special Dark Metal Grey paint.

The Saw tooth ridges at the back of the GT500 you were asking about , each tip on these crests a tip vortices pretty much mini tornados which helps speed up the air leaving the rear fender area, which would effect the flow of air around and under the GT wing, however the by product is a small amount of drag... But way cheaper then the current price of the Z tune which are commanding 500k to 1 million for the Midnight Purple Z Tune.

I don't think so. I think you have to own a fully original R34 with specific mileage, and conditions to proper tune it into NIsmo Factory HQ
