the 40% miniature gt500 car is probably what they used for wind tunnel testing im thinking. The 90 degree cuts are so they can reduce drag but still move the air where they want it to go both on the inner portion of the well so it can be released, and still block the air from creating turbulence where they don't want it very multi purpose

Those 3 matching cars are the special Clubman Race Spec cars. They're a special package that's available for the R32, R33, R34 and R35. Includes a full rework from an S2 engine, titanium strut bars, Ohlins Suspension, twin plate clutch, NE-1 Nismo Exhaust, R35 Brembo brakes, and a whole bunch of other parts. The colour is a special Dark Metal Grey paint.

beautiful. i had the r33 skyline when the wife and I lived in Tokyo. Wife works for Nissan and last time we lived there we were in Yokohama, 2008-11. We were there when they moved HQ from Ginza to Shin-Takashima. I LOVE going to HQ for the eye candy. I wish you'd show the Nismo Leaf they raced up Pike's Peak here in the US. I believe it is in the same factory in Omori...

14:50 1kg/cm^2 is damn near equal to 1bar. Also, pascals are the SI-standard for pressure so a gauge reading kPa is THE way to go, none of those other ones mentioned!

The Saw tooth ridges at the back of the GT500 you were asking about , each tip on these crests a tip vortices pretty much mini tornados which helps speed up the air leaving the rear fender area, which would effect the flow of air around and under the GT wing,
however the by product is a small amount of drag...

Those dark silver/grey R32, R33, R34 and R35 are in fact the Clubman Race Spec demo cars.
So far only 7 R34 have been converted to Clubman Race Spec in the whole world. Way more rare than the Z tune. It uses some parts like the fuel and spark system from the R35. And brake rotors and caliper direct from the GTR R35.
The R32, R33, R35 are mega rare as only one one demo car were made for each Clubman Race Spec. And all the Clubman Race spec cars have a special VIN. The conversion to Clubman race spec will set you back 200k dollars excluding the base car. But way cheaper then the current price of the Z tune which are commanding 500k to 1 million for the Midnight Purple Z Tune.
Those engines are very cheap for someone with money, those intakes, turbos, fittings, are all thousands/hundreds of dollars each, plus you're getting a good engine ... or you could buy a used RB 26 for 10 grand lol

the color of the Silvia S15, the Nismo Z, so at least you were able to catch some Fairladies. The R30 and R390 GT1 (if only they also had an R31 and R390 street version GT)!! The Super GT / JGTC R35s. The bare 6 and 8 cyl Vs, RB engines, collector model and die cast cars, and upgrade /replica /spare parts collection (including the dry carbon Z-Tune body pieces) . The grey GodZilla line up. Team Smoke. The Z-Tunes and V Spec-II Nur, they were missing the M-Spec and R-Tune R34s. And yes, where was the 400R or at least a 270R, Nismo!? Favorite parts were 17:43, 18:07 and 18:38 =] Now that is an ideal museum visit for a school field trip. As usual, thanks again for sharing the experience Captain

Yes it’s open to public. I’d check their hours before though…some places close on random days/holidays

No Initial D..heh heh..I think back, way back to Grip Videos, and even before that, I used to put my Honda CIvic Sedan sideways on the southbound ramp to Yonge street off the 401, before they 'fixed' it, you could carry 60 mph, I hadn't realized I was taking up the whole lane, not until my friend ahead of me saw it. I had older rain tires on the back, a tap of the brakes broke the rear end loose just enough to get a bit of a drift going. This was before I learned what a Skyline GTR was...

I don't think so. I think you have to own a fully original R34 with specific mileage, and conditions to proper tune it into NIsmo Factory HQ
