Looking at this as stock investor, so glad i was among the smaller group of ppl who can make money from stock market cos most ppl lose money there, i do have properties but not my main investment vehicle, as i view property as higher risk than my stocks as it involves leverage thats locked in for 30 years while being illiquid, and also with iherng and far capital, looks like the property market gonna be more competitive, its gonna be down to who has the bigger capital or connections, a game I'd rather not play, i'll stick to my stocks, where those with merit shines, the more merit the better they do, and while the risk is higher, as long as i dun use leverage, i can only lose what i put in, but the return is technically infinite, and like properties, i can get better at it which will be reflected in my returns

sir, can i ask your opinion on a new property in Seksyen 14 Shah Alam, Astrum. I'm interested with their promotion, but the price for me is a bit overkill, is it going to be a good investment in future?
It's so true, so it makes hard for own stay, tot buy T1 for keeping value same time for Homestay, but when eating the rm70 fried rice high parking in publika, I'm really prefer to stay in those ppl anti squatter area haha maybe this is cheras mindset, when moved to okr ady feel foods are expensive haha. For investment and own stay really huge different options

Really good sharing, that has been one of the questions i have in my mind ….bukit bintang vs pudu is only 5mins away, would people wanna pay such high rent for BB. But i have come to similar conclusion by putting myself in the shoes of high pay salaried worker there… the lifestyle, convenience and status are vastly different and thus the high rent can be justified. Thats why i went ahead with Agile BB which is one of the cheapest one offered now in this prime area 😊

It depends on the entry price for the subsale versus the new project because this will affect the asking rental rate:)
