I’m a cowboys fan. I’m not a diehard on the sport. But I really like the way this guy (Nick Caseario) speaks about the league and his players. Gives abit of a insight on things I don’t look much at draft process etc…
This is why I love the Pat McAfee Show because he always keeps it real and is the only places gives props to the Texans
Poor Pat, will have to deal with Stroud, Ryans, and Casario for the next 15+ years.. its not going to get any better then it was this year.. as the Texans had to deal with the Colts during the Payton Manning era, now they Colts and its fans will have to deal with the CJ Stroud era with the Texans..
Really, that JJ Watt, Andre Johnson, Arian Foster era was blocked by Manning. If only Houston had a decent QB during that prime, Houston was an almost perfect team. And they also had the chance to sign Manning before he went to Denver but they got scared of his neck injury.

As a Texans fan, I’ve been swearing by this guy since the day he joined us. A natural genius that truly understands football to its core. He’s just as big of a reason for our success as DeMeco and CJ. Now he has that QB-HC combo he had with you guys, and can go gnarly with building around that.

Nick was still on the hot seat up until around week 3 and 4. Then he started to earn a little breathing room. And finally, a lot of his bets and picks started to come to fruition. He made a lot of decisions that hadn't paid off and, in fact, looked like very, very poor decisions. Thankfully, they started to fall into place. They weren't all homeruns like Demeco, CJ, and Anderson. But once horrific decisions turned the corner and became good, possibly great decisions, likeStingley. There are still a few duds that have the possibility to turn into positives like Green. But overall, Caserio has been incredible with the Texans and one of if not the person most responsible for taking an absolute disaster of a team and turned them into genuine contenders next year.
