Thais are incredible at standing their ground no mater how hurt and stunned they are. I've never seen a fighter with the kind of courage that buakaw has.
Good analysis. Feints are VERY useful. A lot of people don't understand how effective feints are. Getting your opponent to misinterpret a shot for a split second can be the difference between a win & a loss. Dida kept trying to use the feint right straight, left hook combo though. He shoulda switched it up, used more feint combos

I think this fight really shows how great Buakaw is. He clearly underestimates his opponent in round 1, And who can blame him? Then he gets dropped and somehow survives the round. In round 2 he makes an amazing comeback even though he's obviously got a concussion and makes the fight completely one-sided using technique and discipline. Top class fighter!

Buakaw broke him physically and mentally by beating him up badly after he recovered. It’s a miracle that Dida survived it for four rounds without a knockdown.
