I hadn’t noticed this before but I saw somewhere they changes the mist nozzles maybe around 2018/2019 so mists before then sprayed heavier/faster than the mists later on. I looked at mine and there are some older ones that the nozzle hole is larger than the newer bottles. I tested it and you have to spray 1/3 more sprays with the new bottles to get the same amount of juice out. So anything newer I spray extra since less comes out.
I'm not sure on the year's, but I have several where I'll have a backup and one will spray better than the other too. I feel all of mine are hit or miss at this point.
