ILP is 🔥 . I only have one backup. It's ok to buy multiples of the scent you love, especially if its on sale. Everyone in this fragrance community will totally understand. I broke my no buy on day 2 lol.. but i have slowed down a lot. I'm not going to feel guilty. Tfs

Iced lemon pound cake I have the most of in backups no judgement here. The sale they have it on hard not to buy more and then bbw cancels scents without notice all the time so I am even feeling like what if I run out. Gift card shouldn’t count to no buy if someone else gave it to you. I love makeup too and sometimes when I’d be buying less for a while I’d get a gift card and they’d tell me I know you love makeup and I hadn’t seen you get any in a while. So maybe they wanted you to enjoy as a treat on them no guilt. I picked out 4 scents so use up June/July I’ve only used up one cause I been hoping around wearing other scents too.

You should be so proud of yourself.... giving in to just a couple of things is doing amazing (and with a gift card, it really shouldn't count in my opinion- Have I mentioned I'm no help here whatsoever? ) I'm on the hunt for a scent from the body shop called White Musk, Free... they haven't had it in stock in some time. Oh, and also, Happy 4th of July !!!!

Ahh, the psychology behind all of it--- say less, I feel you on that on so many levels ❤ its really, really something that is not ever talked about. Its all very real, though. We got this!

Don't be too hard on yourself, I personally feel like no buys and low buys are designed to get us thinking more about what we're buying, and why, and keeping using things up. We enjoy these products that we're buying, we should allow us a few new things while we are working on our products we already have! 😊 especially if, as it really sounds to me, like you are genuinely focusing on not buying more than you're using. We are a work in progress as humans, especially ones who enjoy shopping and sales 😅

The movie UP makes me think of my grandpa looks and acts exactly like my grandpa❤❤❤, he just passed away not to long ago....gotta love that movie

WOW what a fantastic wrap up of all the empties. You know I love seeing all the products, not just bath and body works. I gave in yesterday and went to pick up Moringa from The Body Shop... I'm doing a massive clean up today so later on I'll try it out in the shower

I never could do a no buy-- starting back in the day when I was compulsively buying high end makeup from ulta and sephora the way I am currently getting over compulsively buying bath and body works 😅 I opened it a little to a "low buy", and that helps me anymore. It makes me feel not so trapped and like I *cannot* buy things. Inventorying my collection bi yearly also helps me remember what I own already, as well

I think you'll do great with this project use it up... so many are already over half used, a perfect time to finish them all off. I'm debating trying out from The Body Shop, Moringa I think it's called.... but not sure how heavy a floral it is.

I love A is for Apple sad I couldn't get it anymore. I have no scentsy wax left 🤦‍♀️ but I don't want to order yet. Waiting for fall. My son loves luna and jammy time in his room.

I think thats a great plan for curbing your fomo! Doing the lists and revising them as your decisions change is helpful and having to make the drive to the store qhere you can then see and tell in person what you want to get instead of blindly placing online orders is also a great idea! Way to be mindful cat!

Today I've switched it up and gone for "Water Lilly Springs" its much for floral t than I usually like but it's got me for some reason.

How much I laughed when you started talking about reading... just last week I was in the second hand book store to trade in some books and I picked up "Dream Catcher" by Stephen King for my son & "Violin" by Ann Rice for myself. Great Job on sticking to your no buy !!! The only thing I'm waiting for to come back in stock is from The Body Shop- white musk, free is my absolute favorite.

I started a no buy back in January I said I'll break it for summer sas. 😂 I only bought 3 items on the 5th day and yesterday I bought $20 worth of wallflowers and I am done. During my whole no buy I had 2 fragrance mist come in my home( free items) and 2 target perfumes ( gifts) I've been enjoying my products and back on a no buy till my bday month October. Enjoy your products!
