  • The three decks available for sale on the Flornoy website are: Two sets of the trump's only version of the Vieville with a total of 44 cards; The full 78 deck of Noblet Tarot with restorations of 6 through 12 of Swords; and the Tarot of Marseille by Jean Dodal.
These are not facsimile decks, but they do breathe new life into these historic decks, photograph well, and I think help ancient decks remain relevant to new generations of tarot readers willing to learn pip style reading.
I apologize for referring the Noblet facsimile deck by Joseph Peterson as a deck by Sivilixi Editions. I know better but my mouth made a mistake.
To see a side-by-side of these decks by Flornoy with facsimile versions please look for them in my playlist comparing decks.

Thanks for the information, comparison and love for these decks, I love the Flornoy restorations and the Marseilles type 1 tarots. I just bought the Noblet and I am delighted, the color, the drawings and the changes of the traditional deck are wonderful.

Flornoy seems to be one of the gold standards for meaningful restoration. I love my Flornoy decks also! Thank you for watching and commenting. ~ Marilyn

Flornoy not only graced us with his decks but also his unique insights into the psycho-spiritual evolution of the individual through groups of the Major Aracna. These are some of my favorite decks and I’m currently restoring the Vieville deck including the Minors. I’ll be happy to send you a copy when it’s done. Also, if I may, I would like to recommend a new (new to me) Tarot author who actually has one of Flornoy’s decks, the Provot playing card deck, featured in a recently translated work by Etteilla called “ETTEILLA on The Only True Way to Draw the Cards” (1773), translated into English by Marius.

Omgosh, thank you for your offer. That's something wonderful to look forward to. What ambition you have! Oh yes, Flornoy nailed it in each of these decks. He truly sacrificed nothing by breathing new life into them. I will look into the Provot Playing cards, thank you for that insight. xoxo ~ Marilyn
