It's very easy, I take taxi all the time, I have done the maths, it's cheaper for me to take taxi all the time than paying for a car, because insurance, repairs, parking etc, but then I live in city centre, living outside city centre might be different...those people might need a car. City centre people don't need a car, bus is not as efficient as in Hong Kong, but it's ok.
@@winniechoi1130 It's all by the meter, "agree on price" is not legal in Ireland. Here is the most popular app free-now.com/ie/ there are also a few others, but this one is the biggest I think..

我有個生活細節疑問，如果沒有車，愛爾蘭天氣大風多雨 (冬天又凍又濕)，家長每天接送或小朋友自己返學是不是大挑戰？
對，要買專為這邊氣候以計的雨具。我自己着芬蘭造的雨褸，可保暖和普通下雨是OK，當然橫風橫雨是不能夠啦。這邊的小朋友防水衣防水褲是基本裝備。
