I’m just having a hard time with it cutting all the way through on the spine, and some areas not scoring at all. I’m playing with the shims but am wasting not chip board but chip paper which I a very thin cardboard. Any advice appreciated.
@@H2Cindy Cindy the Switch has a very deep pressure which is great for intricate dies but sometimes you run into this problem with thicker materials. I have some suggestions to try on the Sizzix Hub under FAQs- you might need to scroll down: www.sizzix.com/eileen-hull Let me know how it goes!
A great design😊 love how it creates lots of options😊
Thank you now I know how to do it
Duh, now I get it. So simple, have no idea why I made this so hard 🤷. I'm ordering today. Thank you.
Love this journal Eileen, so many options and the pocket and frame are adorable ❤
Thanks Kris- I'm having fun with it 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing this video ! Another very interesting scoreboard 😏 : very versatile ! Have a nice day Eileen 😘
Thanks Sabine!
Very helpful video, thanks Eileen!
Hello! Does this die fit the larger spellbinders die cut machine? Thank you, I guess it does!!!
Does this die work with the Tim Holtz Vagabond?
No the Vagabond is a 6" machine Nina- you need a 9" machine...
The Library Pocket is amazing 🤩🤩🤩 Do you also created a stamp for the ATC card?
There is a stamp that can be used but I am sold out right now Doro. There may be others on the market or you can draw lines yourself…
Thank you Eileen! How thick is your chipboard? 1,5 or 2? for cover🌼🌼🌼
It's 50 pts- heavyweight Irina!
@@EileenHull Ok 1,5 mm! 🙏😘
I have a separate Kenmore sewing machine I use just for crafting. What kind of needle do you use for the thicker material?
I use the standard needle for paper and leather needle for leather and heavy fabric...
@@EileenHull Thanks Eileen. I wasn’t sure the standard needle would work with the heavier chipboard.
@@maryzulick9369 it works on mine but I have a 1951 Singer that sews ANYTHING 😀 I would test it and don’t ruin your machine! 😬
Hi, making this journal from mat boards. How many matboards do I need to fit in making the journal. Thank you
You would need to cut two pieces of 8 3/4" x 12" matboard to get two covers and accessory pieces Aida.

Cindy, what machine are you cutting it with?
@@EileenHull It’s a switch.

@@EileenHull Thank you I’ll try that tip.
Will it work with the Gemini
No the Gemini can't be used with the die Donna... the die is too thick to go through
